Colin Walsh has played in the MLB with the Milwaukee Brewers and professionally for the past 9 years consisting of 6 different Major League teams. David Popkins has played professional baseball for the past 7 years highlighted by his career with the St. Louis Cardinals. Final 3 was created to help inform all athletes about paying attention to the details. Everyone knows to workout hard and eat healthy but the little things, the final 3%, is what separates the good from the great. Our mission is to help athletes and you to accomplish 100% full human optimization and health. Our F3 shaker is a double insulated wall stainless steel shaker that will not only keep your beverage hot or cold for up to 12 hours but help get rid of everyday toxins entering your body. In our careers we went through dozens of plastic shakers throughout our career. Usually because we forgot to wash them and no matter how many times they were in the dishwasher that rotten smell stayed. However, our eyes were truly open when we were educated on the harmful effects of BPA and even "BPA free" cups had on our health and athletic performance. BPA (Bisphenol A) is found in plastic and can imitate the body's hormones and can interfere with the production and function of natural hormones. Obviously being professional athletes we took this knowledge very seriously as it could be detrimental to our careers. Even BPA free containers were not to be trusted because they would just replace the BPA component with an equally harmful substitute. After this information we started to totally eliminate plastic containers or cups from our daily consumption. Durable in all conditions good for a multiple of uses.
I am a Navy SEAL and the one quality I look for in all my purchases is dual use. I use this container every day all day. In the morning I use for it coffee, and then in the afternoon I use it for Ice water. After work I use it to drink my after lift protein shake. In addition, it is so durable I could easily use it for combat as a blunt force weapon. I have washed it in the machine about 50 times and it is no worse for the wear. I highly recommend this product for its durability and its modest price.

New favorite shaker
Nice sturdy construction, cleans super easy with a quick rinse, no nasty smell like all my old plastic shakers. Use it through the day for multiple drink types - coffee in the AM, pre-workout, post-workout shake. Quick rinse in between has it fresh with no worry about melting plastic for hot drinks. Great product.

Will never have to buy another shaker
Way better than the plastic shakers! Not only do I know it won’t break if I drop it, it looks good and doubles as an insulated coffee thermos and water container. In one day I used it as a protein shaker in the morning, coffee thereafter, then water thermos for an afternoon baseball game. The flavors or scent from one drink to another did not stick to the walls like with the plastic ones. Great long term purchase for an active person like me!

Super easy to mix
The fanned lid breaks up the protein, so no need for a loud metal ball. Easy to use for all supplements.

Best Shaker Ever!
As a former pro baseball player, I wish I had this when I played. It's very strong and durable and really easy to travel with. I use it for my morning coffee, afternoon workout, and other drinks. There is no smell associated with the cup like other shakers and insulates your drinks very well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
