A few days ago I got the cookware set, and boy, it is really beautiful! I started using it right away. Love the shiny lids and the fry pans are just great quality! I used the saucepan and the soup pot a couple days ago, wow! I can make 3-4 quarts of soup or chili and feed a whole crowd! The best part is I don't have to use a big flame with the pans-- they heat up with burners on medium, they don't require a lot of watching! I was concerned that since they are a little pricey, I'd better be doubly careful! But I'll never have to buy another set of pans, with care these will last a long long time! I love the handles, too, they don't get as hot as the cheaper pans do and will never melt or warp! lol...I recommend these pans for every gourmet cook (even the cooks that are just starting out!)

After six months of use, I really like this set. I added a wok and a larger frying pan. I am quite hard on my pots and pans and these are standing up. The heat is even (I have a gas cooktop) and easy to control. The cooking surface remains non-stick after six months and there are no scratches on the inside of the pots or pans. They come out spotless from the dishwasher. The finish of the pans on the outside does show surface markings but they are not very deep and are not really that noticeable. So far I am very pleased I bought this set.

I had a very hard time choosing a pan set for my wife. This pan set has been fantastic and over the past three months we haven't found any warping or any other concerns. We do have induction and there is one power setting (out of 10) where the pot vibrates (not a buzzing, just a higher vibration than the other settings). I would definitely recommend these pots for anyone using induction. The inner rivet is almost smooth to the pot and is non-stick coated. This is really nice for cleaning as food doesn't get stuck around the rivet. The handles seem very sturdy and don't have any wiggle. I'd strongly recommend these pots. I gave them 4-stars for "Light Weight" because they are a good weight. I wouldn't say heavy, but definitely wouldn't say "Light Weight" either.

There are so many pieces in the set and I can't use them all. Sadly some pans are not sold independently so I had to buy the whole set. They are of good quality. Although the large pan came with some shallow scratches at the inner surface, it's really non-stick. I put them in dishwasher and nothing bad happened to them. They are easy to use, easy to wash and easy to maintain. They're great.
