Beast Fans, but Loud
These some badass fans man, they really put out some CFM and keep things real cool. The only downside is, they're pretty loud at full speed. Might be too loud for some people. Other than that, these fans are working great and i got two of em zip tied in my case blowing against my fiery Radeon R9 290X video card, and they keep it way cool. These are the strongest 80mm fans ive ever seen, and i plan on buying more fans from Bgears soon.

User's report: They cool well but 3 (out of 4) have failed within 18 months.
This is more a report than a review. I bought four Bgears b-Blaster 80mm fans in August 2015 and installed four in identical equipment: that is, three external cases that hold four SATA drives each. Two 80mm fans fit vertically in the front of each case to cool the four drives. In one case, I used a Bgears and a Noctua R8 fan (bought around the same time). In another case I used two Bgears. In the third, I used a single Bgears, while the two bottom drives were cooled individually by other methods. All the drives run continuously but are accessed intermittently (home office). Three months ago, the two Bgears in the single case died. They no longer spin. Just today (January 2017), the Bgears sharing the case with the Noctua died. The Noctua still works perfectly. The fourth Bgears, installed by itself, continues to function. Of course, the Bgears fans run at 3500 RPM, while the Noctuas spin at 1800 RPM. And the Bgears doesn't claim to last as long as the Noctua, with its 6-year warranty. Also, until they failed, the Bgears did a nice job of keeping my WD-Black 2Tb drives cool. (All the hard drives in these cases are WD-Black 2Tb.) So I can't really regret my decision to buy the Bgears nor criticize the Bgears for not being Noctuas - although I confess a little disappointment with the failure rate over the course of 18 months. In any case, I thought it might be useful to post a report of one person's experience with the durability of these high-performance drives - remembering, again, that I've been running them 24/7.

12 volt and high speed make this a noise problem!
I had 2 case fans in my computer and because of age, they were beginning to make noise when first start-up so I decided to replace both front and rear fans. Both fans are connected to motherboard but front fan is on a 4 pin connector that feeds 5 volts and the rear fan had to be connected to a 3 pin system fan plug which is a straight 12 volt supply. The front fan runs and can hardly be heard but when I connect the rear fan to the 3 pin connector it makes so much noise that it's hard to work with the computer! I am running with front fan only until I can find a way to slow the other fan down so the noise level is lower otherwise the fans are fine, just my personal affliction to the noise that is the problem!

excellent cooling with some windy sound. good!
Works very nicely. I needed the power adapter cable that came with it. Good airflow. A bit windy sounding though. Not terrible noise but noticable. I put one int he back of the case blowing out and one in the front of the case blowing in. I monitored the cpu temperatures for more than a week. Its excellent cooling even with heavy use. I recommend these.

Great fan, not a variable seed fan
Way more quite than the 70cfm fans that were in my server by a substantial amount. Not really a variable speed fan I purchased 4 that site next to each other; they run at full speed at all times. My server is cool and the noise is more manageable.

Great replacement fans for a treadmill
Used 2 of these to replace the fans that were in our SOLE treadmill. They move more air than any other 12v 80mm fan I could find when limited to less than 1 amp. I'd imagine that they could be a little loud for a computer tower but for my use, I definitely can't hear them over the treadmill running. Aside from that, there isn't a whole lot more to say about them, as they are typical of most 80mm size fans. Got the job done, and I couldn't be happier.

Three Stars
runs a little noisy

The Best in the West.
When it comes to "airflow" nothing beats a bGears b-Blaster case fan. This is the only brand of fan I use in my computer builds. If the computer case is the correct size and care is taken in routing wires and cables, the b-Blaster fans are very quiet because the motherboard only runs the fans as fast as needed to maintain proper operational temperature.

Incredible airflow for such a small fan. Surprisingly quiet ...
Incredible airflow for such a small fan. Surprisingly quiet too. For the price this fan is unmatched. 10/10 would buy again.

a little loud
a little pricy for its quality and durability! It does run on 3800 RPM but loud! Its good for server rooms, not for personal comps because the noise level is not bearable!
