I decided to buy this water purifcation because of the size it is and the length of time it should last for. I have now been using it for a month now i can whole heartedly reccomend it. The flavor of wster that it produces is excellent. 3 different guests who have had it complimented on what hood water it was.Also the housing and connectors ate great quality. Very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded.  OK I've tried everything else and they failed or fell short of the claims.Now I've been buying every year from this family owned business they are legitimate and honest,its the real deal. What a product you make, thank you for keeping us clean and purified along with remineralized the product is a God send ....

I am on well water and have an undersink RO filter by Home Masters to remove Uranium and use this for all drinking water. The finishing filters that it came with did an ok job, but turns out after a couple of years my sodium and other minerals became deficient. Noticed I was very lethargic and discovered I need to compensate by adding more trace minerals in my daily life. This did the trick.Water PH went from 6 to 9.7-10 and TDS from 20 to 70-100. I am not as mineral deficient now and feel much better. The water is better tasting and much healthier now.I use this 2.5 x 12" unit after the RO finishing filters and it's now a part of my annual replacement regimen.Great finishing filter!!

Easy to install, as noted make sure you wrap your male straight push to connect fittings with sufficient Teflon tape. Five minutes spent sitting down doing it right will save you hassle. I mounted my filter plus a carbon filter above my fridge on the back of a cabinet (this way you cannot see them). Necessity being what it is, I used some nylon strapping to hold the filter where it was position (shown in picture). In my "water network" the water goes from the source (inlet) to the 6-Stage Alkaline Filter to a Carbon Filter and the splits (y-fitting); one branch goes to Refrigerator inlet port, the other to my Keurig. Now I have good quality alkaline water from the fridge and auto-fill in my Keurig. I tested my water with a baselined know good PH tester, result repeated over and over, 10.4

It was pretty straight forward to install and has not leaked. Seems to work well though I haven't tested the water before and after the filter.

Might have been a good item but riddled with quality control issues. They provided fittings with Teflon tape but the tape was hastily applied, had to re-wrap. O-ring in cap was installed incorrectly from Oceanic and leaked first time installed. Had to remove cap and clean out debris and seat o-ring correctly (o-ring was pushed down around threads and not in it’s groove). This fix corrected that leak. However, after two days of dry operation, the system started leaking again past the fittings, despite having six wraps of Teflon and a fully seated o-ring. Based on the leak warning on their website, this appears to be a pervasive issue with this product. Had to return for a partial refund rather than suffer more water damage and Future mold issues. Seller was responsive, but if the only response is to add more tape, how important is that?

RO water is tasteless! This filter is great, check to be sure everything is tight. The water tastes now like what water use to taste like! Clean and WITH minerals. PH is now 9! My RO water was 6-7 just dead water, otherwise not good for you. Thank you for making a filter that is good for us.

No installation parts or instructions now I have the filter and don't know how to install it!
