Pricey but for practice dummy rounds, its nice to have for training purposes of testing how your gun will handle in field without having to go in the field. I can operate around the corners of my living room or basement while loading the fake rounds and rushing in to confront my imaginary burglar/bear before *click, click*. Some guns like the over and under are recommended not to dry fire as it can weaken the spring so having these solves the safety problem and the practice without damaging gun problem. Great quality, color is nice to show fake from real. Speed is dependent on your moves and softness is as much as plastic would be. Thickness is like any other real 2.75 inch round and solid fit in my chamber.

Works great and are a perfect way to test the action of your shotgun after cleaning or repairs.

These are perfect for safe dry practice load and unload. They're slightly shorter than 2.75", but still works fine in a pump. The bright orange helps make sure you know these aren't live rounds, which come in a variety of colors.

Practicing safety was the reason behind my purchase. I wanted to offer my family the opportunity to fiddle around with the 12 Guage we have without worry of an accidental discharge. These snap caps allowed me to do just that. I think a product like this is invaluable when teaching firearm safety. Eapecially when you'd like to highlight the cycle of fire. These look and feel like a real shell (minus the weight). They worked just fine with both a cheap and expensive 12 Guage. Overall, I'm happy.

These are light snap caps, so they don’t have the weight of live rounds. This is potentially a good safety feature. The plastic “primer” seems hard enough to protect the firing pin. Seems like a great product and cycles well in my 870 and my SxS. A+

These are great for function testing shotguns. Perfect fit for standard 2 3/4" shells. Lighter than normal shells obviously but made of good solid plastic.

Too light. Too short. The primer area does not sit like a primer as there is an injection mold type plastic sticking out on 3 out 5 of the shells. 3 stars due to the fact I needed to get the plug out of a new 500 and even though I'd be 100% confident doing it by other means, I am trying to set a safe example for my family and these helped do that along with being an example as how to feed the mag tube. I had 20% success in cycling but once again,then they were useful for the demonstration of unloading the mag tube.

I got these for training and they work great.

Works great. Ejects well. Great for practice. Well constructed. Looks durable.

Arrived ahead of expected delivery date but unfortunately three of the five dummy cartridges brass sections were slightly damaged. I suspect the brass is extremely soft and prone to marking or damage but for the price I did expect perfection and if I hadn’t needed them urgently I would have returned them but I used the two good ones and I don’t know what I will do with the other three.

I know this is a quality product but unfortunately they do not ship to Canada.

The dummy shells are a bit shorter than actual 2-3/4” shells. They’re completely hollow so they’re much lighter than loaded one or real snap caps. Otherwise they fit very well
