I like to use it when my ears itch. I haven’t used it to clean ear wax yesterday but it doesn’t feel like it will work for me.

I wasn't expecting it to have suction, but just in case you are--it doesn't. 3 different sizes for the spiral head, and one size ear massager with a map of pressure points in your ear to massage. That's pretty cool. Good value, if nothing else than the fact you shouldn't have to buy qtips as much.

It’s not cleaning the ear

Wow!! This is a great and fun product to use. Especially for anyone who knows someone with excessive ear wax issues(like my son). Not to mention it is enjoyed by the person who is getting there ears cleaned.It comes with 3 different size tips(which are little pieces of soft rubber with spiral ribs on them). Sort of like an auger, to help break up and pull the wax out.It has an l.e.d. light to help see when you have the tip in the ear.The 4th tip is a ear massager.Runs on 2 AA batteries. Lights up and spins when you hold the button in.Comes in a great little box with a magnetic flap.

There is no suction power whatsoever. Just a rubber tip that you stick in your ear while pressing the button. It rotates, but does not do a blasted thing. Going back to the OTC ear drops and suction bulb!

Wow this product is really great. I have small kids and cleaning their ears is not so easy. Also traditional qtips are hard to use with my kids beacuse they move a fuss. Also I feel a qtip just pushes the wax inside more but with this little machine I was able to clean their ears with ease and very easy to clean to. I would recommend

Dont buy this thing it does nothing other than push the wax farther into your ear! My ear is not plugged up because of this thing, if I get an ear infection from this thing I'm gonna sue!

This ear cleaning device is pretty cool. It comes with 4 different silicon heads to clean your ear in different fashions. 3 screw shaped heads and one with finger like projections to clean the inner lining of your ear canal. All in all a quality product to clean your ears safely no Q tips required.
