Is this Limestone course or a fine powder?

Not quite a powder....but pretty fine!

Is this powder or small sand or gravel aggregate size limestone?

Not "quite" powder but pretty fine. Today, I dissolved some in water with a few other things any everything dissolved well together. Watered my plants with it!

Is this easy to apply to an already established garden bed with a low pH?

Yes! It is easy to apply. I purchased this to be included into some soil prep for my 5 gal bucket gardening. It is a power. Apply as the directions say. DO wear a mask, as to not breathe in any of the lime dust. One should always wear a mask when using chemicals of any kind.

Is this the same as Limestone?

It’s very fine limestone for plants which I used to stop bottom rot in my tomatoes. It worked great. I hope this helped you
