Good for the price. But doesn’t hold the air for as long as thought it would..need to refill about weekly. And the plug remover was not included.

Great yoga ball. Be aware 65" not tall enough to use as a desk chair to work on your core for an average height person.

This was stored for about three weeks in a large wooden chest with other exercise equipment that also had non slip surfaces. Today, I opened the chest to finally start working out and this ball had completely stripped the finish off the areas of the chest that it had contact with. The odor coming from the chest was pretty nasty as well. Now ball is in the outside garbage and the house is airing out. I stored my last exercise ball, which also had a non slip surface in this chest and it was fine, not to mention all the other things in the chest with non slip surfaces are fine. Whatever this company uses to manufacture this ball can't be a healthy thing to have in your home ! Yuk !

What they do NOT tell you your hips spread while bouncing on these things Any-Age I had a child almost 10 years ago...I can not fit into any of my JEANS after 6 months of using it as a chair seriously and they do NOT go back...LOL, it is...lol BUT NOT funny really...Girls who want to spread their hips OKAY...2% of the population?
