I LOVE this bench scraper! It is THE BEST obe is have ever used. I have tried many other main brands to no avail until I decided to try this one because it's a Kitchenaide product. Not only is it a top brand but it is made well, has measurements on one side, is such a good weight, and has a good sharp blade. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great, it’s what I was waiting for

I bought this tool to use when making sourdough. It has made breadmaking so much easier. I use it to chop my dough into two pieces, and to move the dough around during the shaping process. It is heavy duty, and easy to clean. The blade is sharp and thick. I haven't tried using it to chop anything other than bread dough, but it seems like it would do just fine chopping other items.
