A ball for of every size! They work great. I wasn’t looking for the tiny black on but have been surprised on how often I reach for it to work on my hands, feet, check bones and chest.

I love the fact there are three different sizes and they don’t have the strong chemical smell ! I def recommend it for ppl with TMJ or sore muscles - they are so compact so very easy to take on the go !

Love these! I bought them to use for myofascial release yoga and massage for my recurring plantar fasciitis, and it has really helped! I use them to massage the bottom of my feet, but also the calf muscles. The instructions show them being used on the thighs, back, and even the face and jaw, so lots of uses. It's great that there are 3 sizes for varying levels of pressure and pinpointing or generalizing pressure. The rubber is firm, but comfortable on the skin. Highly recommend this set.

Good product. As advertised

These balls are great sizes for applying pressure to muscle attachments and insertions and on tsubo points. They are all three really hard. I would have liked one to be quite a bit softer for working with deep seated problems in a more gentle way. Now I have to look for one somewhere else. But overall good value.

I absolutely love this RAD Rounds Extra Soft set! The different sizes make it easy to target specific areas, especially around the neck, shoulders, and feet. The extra soft texture is ideal if you’re sensitive to firmer massage tools—still effective, but much more comfortable. I use them daily for post-workout recovery and even during breaks at work. Love the selection in sizes! I do massage therapy and therapeutic exercise training and these are perfect! They are solid and seem like they will last a long time! They really help relieve the pain associated with standing all day and are easy to carry! Highly effective!

I used this to work out tight muscles after several herniated disc and 4 surgeries. These changed my life. From being disabled to being able to do things again. I just lay on my bed and put one under me where it hurts on my muscles ( not my spine!!). Then move to a new spot after a couple of minutes. They broke up all the adhesions and frozen muscles so the muscles can work properly again. My pain went from a 7 every day to a 3 only when I try to sit on the ground. It’s not a quick fix. You can tell a difference after a month or two. Now I use them everywhere to keep my muscles healthy.

Great product, well designed. Different balls are great for self massage, releasing muscle tension pain relief (the small one is great for arthritic hands & jaw tension)
