Canon CP-12 Calculator Ink Roller CP12 Compatible

My adding machine is 30 years old, I bet. So, when the ink started to be too light to read, I started looking for a replacement ink. Not really thinking I would find any. But lo, and behold, there it was. I just can't believe how tiny it is and how long they last. I won't need to buy another one for the rest of my life. Ha!

Working so far. Hope it lasts as long as previous inks. Only problem, not their fault, couldn’t find the manual to see how to take the old one out. Be nice if they had a site with simple instructions on this. Once again, NOT their fault and internet had site after site BUT none showed this one or this type. It’s really straight forward, but this one was STUCK! Took a lot of persuasion to get it out. Plastic, so I was leary of pulling too hard, but, that’s what it took. Just hope they last . Not sure but seems somewhere back in time the spares were to be storied in a refrigerator. Wonder if this is fact ?

I was glad to be able to purchase this ink cartridge. I was afraid I would have to buy a new calculator.

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED

It is not often I need this little piece, and when I do, I always forget what I ordered last time, but this was the perfect fit and exactly what my calculator needed, thank goodness for Amazon. I cannot help but think if I was looking for this in a brick and mortar store I could be searching all over the country before finding one.
