The sound produced by this white noise machine is second to none when it comes to these devices. I really like the 4 nature sounds available in this machine, especially the forest sound which sounds so realistic. The remaining 12 fan sounds as well as the 12 white noise sounds are plain and simple and have little variation among each of the 12 sounds. I also really like the fact that this white noise machine comes with a USB power cord and a USB wall charging plug. I have made two international trips with my baby and my previous white noise machine and on both trips I had to use an adapter for the US power plug that came with that machine. With this one, I can plug the USB cord in any USB port regardless of the source of power.

I’ve battled insomnia for most of my latter adulthood. Drugs are the wrong answer, as you can never stop taking them, and it’s no better than being a dependent addict. I’ve tried many things over the years, none of them working very well.I wanted to give this device a try. I had a similar app on my iPhone, but it was clumsy to use and interferes with charging time at night.This device is very simple to use, and has 4 very relaxing modes, in addition to 10 different fan sounds that also help drone you to sleep. The 4 modes are Forest, Brook, Fetal Sound and Thunder (storm). After trying all 4, the Forest was the most relaxing for me and while I couldn’t believe it, I was asleep in no time. Sleep has actually become effortless once again, without the dread of wondering whether or not I’ll fall asleep on any given night.While Forest was the best for me, the other sounds work to relax me as well. It’s just that once I found a sound that worked, I stuck with it! Should that ever change, I have plenty more from which to choose!The fan sounds are just as if you were lying in an old room without air conditioning, using the fan to keep cool. If you’re an old guy like me, that’s a very comforting and memorable sound. And there are 10 different fan sounds to soothe any taste!All in all this was a fantastic purchase for me. The price was very reasonable, and it works like a charm. The secret is to just turn it on, clear your mind, and fade away.There’s also several timer modes, so that the unit will shut itself off. They are 15, 30, 60 and 90 minutes in duration.If you’re like me and have tried everything else under the Sun, give this a shot! I hope others may find this as helpful as it has been for me.

The box is ok, solid at least, although no battery, so I have to plug it in all the time. I can live with that.However, many sounds have noticeable loop. This drives me crazy.

First the good stuff:The box it arrived in was very nice.The unit has a nice designThat about wraps up the good stuff.BAD: The thunderstorm appears to me to be on a 15 second loop.....every fifteen seconds, there is the same clap of thunder, 15 seconds later...the same clap of thunder, and so on and so on. Likewise it appears the forest sounds are on a 15 second loop.Ok, there are 12 white noise effects and 12 fan effects........so???? Who needs twelve of each?I will not send it back and waste money on postage, however, I think I have come up with a new use for my eight pound maul

I picked this up because my kids are always wanting to go to sleep with some music on. I thought some white noise would train them to go to sleep without needing music being played and would help drown out the noise from the rest of the house. Honestly, I haven't tried it yet. I enjoy the thunder option and have it in my room and keep it on the 45 minute timer and turn it on often as I walk by to have some calming background noise.I've owned it for about two weeks and have had no issues with it. I only wish it used a standard USB cable instead of a specialized one.

Having this white noise generator running while we sleep has given us sound sleep and we wake feeling very refreshed. Previously early morning noises were disturbing our sleep, but no more! There are lots of sound options and they are very high quality. Also note, there are two speakers which I think also contributes to the quality of the sound. Great value for the money and it is not a large item, so it doesn't take up much space. I am very happy with this purchase.

How this sound machine got so many good reviews is beyond me. It sucks! I even thought I had got one that had a bad speaker so I got a replacement and it done the same thing as the 1st. On every different noise (because I tried majority of them) it sounds like it’s skipping or like a seal. It happens every few seconds. It drives me crazy! I’ve had several different machines over many years and this one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We recently had a baby and with two other boys in the house, we were looking for a good sound machine to allow everyone to sleep soundly. I believe we found our machine!The speakers are amazing and sound through our whole house (approx 1700 sq feet) and especially through all our upstairs rooms, even with doors closed.My one star is for the options for sounds, to date my family only enjoys the thunderstorms sounds. The white noise and fans sounds are not ideal, and there are multiple of these. Each slightly different, but if that’s is your jam - by all means! You’ll find the one you want. Fetal sounds, brook and forest are all okay. 🤷🏻‍♀️
