Don’t listen to the other reviews that down this sleeping mask. It’s amazing. We have weighted blankets for a reason— well, now we have weighted eye masks! I have a problem with furrowing my brow often and subconsciously. I don’t know why u do it. But it has cause tension near my eyes and sometimes a dull headache. When I go to bed, I’ll close my eyes and I just can’t relax the lids and my brow. For weeks I was craving something heavy to push or lay down onto my eyes to erase that need or pressure against them. Then I had the idea of weighted eye masks and sure enough Amazon had it! I went through a few different ones, always reading the reviews. This was the best one! And I made sure to find a review that stated it was heavy. Now, it’s not HEAVY. But I would estimate 1lb? And both sides are wearable! Even the soft side. I wear it on that side the most, but it just depends on what I need that night. The strap IS comfortable and adjustable. And the weight is just perfect. I’ve slept very good since getting it and it has satisfied my need for weight on my eyes.

This mask is just the right weight for me. I have slept with it on and seems to help with puffy eyes. The only thing I didn’t like was the buckle on the strap. To adjust to my head size, it sits on the left side of my head and is not comfortable if I turn over. I’m going to take it off and sew Velcro on the strap instead. All in all it’s made very well and the fabric is soft on both sides. I personally didn’t find it hot like some reviewers, but just like weighted blankets, I would expect some heat retention.

Good heft to this mask. The material inside forms to the face/eyes easily. It puts light pressure on the eyes, forehead and cheek bones. The adjustable strap helps keep it in place when moving around. I use it for massage therapy clients and it stays secure during sessions. The material is soft and comfortable.

This was my first time using a weighted sleep mask and I didn’t care for it. I found either the fabric or the filling itchy up against my eyelids. I flipped it over to have the furry side next to my eyes and it was too hot. I didn’t know how to rate ‘lightweight’ as it’s a weighted sleep mask. I gave the product 2 stars because it was as advertised, but it didn’t work for me. Will go back to a traditional, satin sleep mask and/or one that I can heat and freeze.

Has helped me fall asleep faster.

My husband absolutely loves these. I stay up later then him watching TV he put these on and is able to sleep without the tv light bothering him.

I love my mask! Its the perfect weight and adjusts well to my head. I am a toss and turn kinda person, so it does slip to my forehead during the night sometimes but i still love it.
