The box was better than it's content.
Just got them today and printed a return label. Some of the teeth are chipped.When I unpacked the shipping box it was interesting to see these were Harbor Freight 69877 tool and could be purchased with a 20% off coupon for less than 1/2 of what I paid for them.

Nice box, nice taps and dies
Nice box, nice taps and dies. Wish i could use them!!! Haven't been able to find a wrench that they fit in. Unlesss i buy 3 different full sets. Oh ya they are only $14.99 at The Harbor Freight store!!

As expected.
These were what I expected. I needed one of the dies to tap some chinese fittings that were supposed to be NPT but were not threaded with a taper. It did just fine. I figured I would order the set, as I will likely be able to use these in the future. I don't expect a lot from HF tools, and while these did fine, I wouldn't expect them to hold up to heavy use. I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because some of the wooden holders/dividers in the box came loose, letting the taps hit each other in transit.

Not worth it, taps holes that are too big.
I tapped a 1/4" NPT hole only to find that my 1/4 air compressor fittings were very loose in the tapped hole. I could get them in/out by wiggling them. This was a waste of money.
