Snug attachement for board to the bottom of the case. When piFace and is secured to the board, the top portion of the case provides just the right amount of access to the piFace. Since the 4th corner of the top is open for access and not anchored like the other 3 points, you would expect the case to give a little in the center. However, light-to-moderate depression of the middle of the top does not result in any give. This is a simply, great accessory.

It came without screws. But it works and of course there's lots of air flow so your Pi is cool

This case is not super sturdy, but fits together well enough to do the job. All the piface interfacing is accessible through the cut out corner and the clear plastic makes it easy to see all the LEDs and other system components.

Like others before me have said, the newer style PiFace board I have has taller relays. So this case will not close unless it is modified to fit. Which is a shame as it looks a nice product.

Using this with a HiFi Digi+ surround sound card and it fits almost perfectly.

The case is fine construction quality, but doesn't fit on a Pi3 with the PiFace 2 shield. Some PiFace 2 shields have thicker relays, which stick up too high. As a result, the case won't snap shut. I was in a hurry to get my project deployed, so ended up just cutting the case around the relays with a Dremel tool.If you are planning to use this case with an Element14 Piface Digital 2 shield, stay away...

Great case

I confirm that this case does not work with newer PiFace Digital boards with the taller relays. The case halves will not close, leaving a 1/8" gap at the relay end of the case. I modified the case by heating the area that covers the relays to soften and re-form the plastic. It now works fine.

Fits Pi 2 and PiFace Digital perfectly. All connectors and buttons on the PiFace are accessible with the case fitted and all the leds are visible.

In das Gehäuse passen der Pi und das PiFace zusammen perfekt rein und halten gut. Man kommt an alle Anschlüsse und Kontakte. Ich kann das Produkt nur weiter empfehlen.

J'ai reçu l'article dans les délais prévus. Il paraissait de bonne facture.Ayant reçu mon PiFace 2 aujourd'hui, j'ai voulu intégrer le Raspberry Pi 3 auquel j'ai rajouté la carte d'extension PiFace 2. Et là où tout se gâte, c'est que le boitier ne se ferme pas. Les relais de la PiFace 2 empêchent la fermeture du boîtier transparent. D'où ma grande déception !! Soit les relais du PiFace 2 sont trop hauts (20 mm ) ou soit les fabricants du boîtier n'avaient pas les bonnes dimensions pour la hauteur du PiFace et n'ont pas prévu assez d'espace pour permettre la fermeture de dernier. Il manque 4 à 5 mm de hauteur au couvercle pour assurer la fermeture et par conséquent permettre l'accès aux bornes à vis pour le câblage.Ce boitier dévient donc complètement inutile pour moi. Si les relais de votre PiFace 2 font plus de 15 mm de hauteur ce boitier ne convient pas : passer votre chemin...
