Easy to assemble, good quality

I bought two of these beds, and they are not only beautiful but also work great. We’ve had drought conditions for a few weeks but despite that the plants are doing very well and I never have to worry about the water levels. I usually top it off a few times a week but I am guessing they would be good for several days without adding water, maybe even a week. Definitely a good purchase and I’m looking forward to a nice harvest. I planted some cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, cucumbers, and beans. Everything is doing great and I only have had to water small seedlings from the top. Everything seems to like growing roots to go down where the water is, even the lettuce.

I don't like giving out 5 stars unless it's close to perfect. This would have been a 4.5. This planter was a gift to my wife. She likes it a lot. It arrived undamaged, went together easy, and looks a lot nicer than the one I made her out of used 4x4s. Two minor gripes: the sides fit down into grooves. It took me several times to remember not to lift on them because they will just lift out. And the self-watering feature is nice, but it does leak a little onto our concrete patio. I think it's leaking out of the bed near the legs, but I'm not sure now that it's full of dirt and veggies.

We added caster wheels to this to move around if needed, and FlexSeal tape along the inside edges to seal in water for extra protection for the wood. We’re using it solely indoors. It’s nice enjoying all out of harvests without worries of bugs eating them. Works perfectly! I included a picture of the tiny plants from when we first planted them 4 months ago, and then several pics of them today. We didn’t realize they would grow so big so fast. We harvest every week and can’t keep up. We recently added grow lights on the backside because the front plants are loving most of the sun, and grew way bigger than anticipated. The “self-watering” container is the best part of this. No plant likes soggy or wet feet, so this feature is amazing. And the plants can drink the water as needed. Even when you’re on vacation. When I first planted the pepper plants in March this year (2020) they were just baby size. So initially I hand watered from the top while the roots began to grow down into the self-watering basin. We’ve had success with jalapeño peppers, Serrano peppers, baby bell peppers, pablano peppers, basil, parsley, celery, and green onions. They’ve been so successful that we had to transplant some of them out. I plan to buy a few more of these next year when they hopefully become available again. There’s so many more plants I’d like to use it for. Especially tomatoes!

I was lazy to build one myself, then I found this on Amazon. It’s slightly expensive then I expected, but love the overflowing draining design. Cannot find a raised garden bed with overflow and drain from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Very happy to find it here. So far everything works great. I have a indoor Herb grower to make sure all the seeds grow and be big enough to withstand the weather. The quality of built is ok, not expected to last more than 3 year based on the product I received.

An excellent product. We did add wood glue to the joints and casters (per suggestions in reviews we read) and also put a wood sealant on (just for extra outdoor protection). Assembly was easy, the product is exactly as described, is absolutely perfect for both herbs and tomatoes, and looks great!

I bought one of these and it assembled very easily and plants are growing great! I loved it so much I bought a second one but one of the parts was too big and required some work from my husband to shave it down to size. It's together now and great though!

I love this! It was easy to put together. Added the cover and planted some starts and they are all thriving. Used this for a small vegetable garden on the side of the house and the elevation helped it get sun exposure. Works perfect for the space and purpose.
