For the price this headset is excellent. I am using it for webex on my laptop with the dongle. And connected to my phone via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and the mic performs very well. comfort is decent for an on ear headset. for me any on hear headset hurts after awhile.To answer a few questions.1. Mine came with USB-C connections. so the headset itself is USB-C the dongle is USB-A and it comes with an adapter.2. You can plug in the headset to charge and still use it wireless. that was a nice plus3. The dongle seems to use bluetooth between the dongle and the headset separate from the computer. My laptop has some bluetooth restrictions and was please to see that it still worked.For me the voice prompts are not too loud. perfect actually. the buttons are simple but who uses buttons on a headset designed for teleconference. i don't even touch them. mute button works great. my microphone is set to 60% and sounds fantastic on the other end. the boom mice feels very solid. and the wireless charging puts the topping on the cake. the dongle has a nice light that changes to red when mute is on(only when using an application) so its not red all the time if just listening to music with the mic up.Only issue I have found is that when using the mic with webex or any other platform it does seem to switch the codecs of the bluetooth. very seamless i might add. so the quality of sound when using the mic is a bit lower. so if you are listening to music and on a call it will be lower quality. but once you end the call it will switch back to the better quality.

The Logitech Zone wireless headphones and mic work great! They work seamlessly with my PC and iPhone connected at the same time.I ordered these thinking that I would get the optimized for PC type, but could not find that in the description. Other sellers were displaying this option, but I could not find it with this seller. I took the plunge with this one to get it faster, and hoped for the best. Turns out, the Zone did arrive quickly, and surprise! - it is optimized for Mac OS.My home IT systems are a combination of Mac/Apple OS and PC-type, so I gave these headphones a try. They worked immediately upon plugging in to a power source and my PC computer. I did this with the included "wired" option because that is the simplest way to ensure first-time use success.I could not find a way to know the level of charge in the battery, so I left it wired into to the computer and went about exploring how to use this new gear. It worked great with Webex. There was nothing special I had to do, just select the Zone in the sound and mic settings, per usual.I switched to Wi-Fi, using the provided dongle. Piece of cake. And now, I hear a friendly voice telling me I have ten hours of battery life. I was particularly interested in getting software for my current main computer, which is a PC. What I found was the Logi Tune app for computer. If you have this app on your computer, it will walk you through turning on the Zone. Logitech makes these headphones so plug and play that most people probably won't need the desktop app.There is an early setup option for zoom, google, and microsoft teams. It is kind of silly because they are just videos on how to choose the settings.Next step was to connect this to my mobile phone- and iPhone 7S+. The Bluetooth pairing was fast and easy. I downloaded the app for iPhone and it provides more in the way of tailoring your experience. Connecting my mobile to the Zone is helpful for productivity if I am alternating between online meetings and phone calls. The mic mute is very nice, there is a subtle bump feeling, and then the nice lady tells you "mute on" or "mute off".If you want to mainly use these for music listening, there are settings for that. It seems like the only way you get the equalizer tools are in the phone app. In the PC setup, I saw a place to choose whether the headphones would be used for music or for voice, so I chose the latter. The equalizer app on the phone works fine with music played from my phone.To switch to my PC music, using Groove Music, I just pause the iPhone music and play the PC. The equalizer settings I set on my phone work on whatever music source, and the way I set it for LIszt on my phone works well with Hector Acosta on my PC. The bass boost option is nice, too.I wore the headphones all around the house and haven't found a place where it dropped the music connection with my phone. This was unexpected.I've worn lots of headphones and these are comfortable on my head and my ears. They don't get tangled in my hair. They don't smell like cheap rubber. They are pleasant to wear.The Zone wireless is an excellent purchase and I recommend it to others.

Worked great with iPhone and PC for about 20 months. Microphone failed, audio still works. Will follow up if Logitech helps resolve this issue. UPDATE: Logitech customer service has been great. They are sending a new headset. Updating rating from 1 to 4 stars to reflect good communication and customer care.

Great distance from the dongle without losing connectivity. Pairs with dongle and phone at the same. Being able to mute by flipping the mic up and for unmute flipping it back. I can get 100 feet from the dongle without losing connectivity, it could be further but I haven't tested how far it can go. The battery life is awesome! I gave the noise cancelation a 4 star, but not the main reason I bought it. The ear pads are high quality, and the adjustable fit is great. I work from home and I can wear the headset all day without any discomfort. I have multiple laptops and I can switch the dongle back and forth between the devices. I hope this helps for those shopping for a high quality headset.

Cheaply made and flimsy. The microphone stopped working after 2 months of use. I contacted Logitech support and went through all of the troubleshooting steps but still no mic. The spring tension on the right earpiece also stopped working so now the right earpiece just slides down to it's lowest position causing the headset not to fit properly. As I write this review, I'm on hold with Logitech tech support for the 4th time. I've been waiting for over an hour. No one there seems to know what to do and I keep getting transferred from department to department. DO NOT buy this headset!!!!!!

I have been having difficulty in finding a good à headset. I went through a few different ones ranging from $75-$150 and not finding the quality I was hoping for. To explain a little further, I was constantly getting feedback from colleagues and clients that I would break up from time to time. I knew something was wrong and began to suspect my computer might have been culprit. So I decided to go at a new headset one more time, and taking it to beyond where I was comfortable. Rolling the dice paid off. Everything is perfect about this headset and the battery actually lasts 8 hours.

So far the ANC is nice. Tested in office with people talking 5m away. Previously using normal BT earpiece would have pick up the talking.As for the head band, it is big enough to cover my big head. If I pull down to the max, the ear pads will be covering the lower portion of my ears.Tried wearing it to listen to music for near 1hr+. Can feel the ears get a little warm after wearing for long time. Use in air conditioned room probably feels better. When removing after long use, ears can feel slight aching. Probably after long use with the pads pushing on the ears. But that aching lasted very short while like less than a min or so.

UPDATE: I was initially very happy with this product as it seamlessly jumped between my phone and my computer. You can be in a Teams meeting on your computer and pick up a call on the cellphone and jump back in the meeting without having to do anything. BUT....Less than a year into owning them they have died. First to go is the mic, it no longer unmutes when flipped down. FIXED WITH DRIVER UPDATE: There is a constant static in the background now. And finally it is very sketchy on when it decides it wants to connect to the dongle.LOGITECH REPLACED THE UNIT ON WARRANTY WITH NO HASSLE.
