This sheet is excellent. It takes a little while to get used to and will make the ball bounce off the table. I find that by using this rubber I have to change the grounding of my feet but with Mark V I have power and control no matter what my body positioning is. Please keep in mind that these faster rubbers make you burn more physical energy and actually lose control.
