This is a bunch of fake fur on an elastic band. So in real terms this is not cutting edge technology so you might wonder at the price. But the branded version is currently x3 this price. And that's branded fake fur on an elastic band.This works perfectly. Fits my ancient Zoom H2n snugly thank to its high tech grip-o-matic elastic band, and the fake fur eliminates the wind noise down here in the tornado belt of the Thames estuary.Anyway, buy with confidence.

I bought my Zoom H4N Pro to do a lot of outside recording and wind is a devil when it comes to mics. #This muff fits the bill nicely. The elastic around the base of the muff is very strong and it is a tight fit on the mic. The first time I used it, I noticed there was an occassional wind noise. When I did it again, I set the mic angle to 90 degrees and when I played it back, there was no noise at all. I recorded the sea as a background to a music track. The waves came through the muff very clearly, I am impressed with this.I have used this muff around 4 or 5 times and it is a good investment.I would therefore recommend this product.

I bought a cheap one from China and it had a draw string which broke, I found the Wind would still get under it and it wasn't so thick after testing it for a while so decided to upgrade but again within a budget.This windscreen is great, firstly no draw string and it has am elasticated waiste which is helpful and needs to be better for keeping the wind out and keeping it firm against my H4N, the quality seems decent it doesn't fully get rid of the wind at times but compared to my last one it does a far better job, a little expensive for what it is but whats the price on better recordings. its quite a tight, snug fit which its a downfall to get on as it can be awkward but once on its on and again although this could be seen as a con its a pro in the end as its proper clamped to the H4N which is good for wind reduction. Yeah really great windshield if your looking to get the job done yeah no issues if your looking for perfect then u may find some descrepancies in the product but over all a good wind shield at the end of the day u cant contend with mother nature.

Delivered quickly, this pro-quality muff is a completely different product to the cheap, blue-rinse badger I bought from Ebay for another mic.It's got relatively short hair, but it's much finer and denser. I've no doubt it will both perform better as well as being more compact, smarter and less likely to shed and fall apart.That you can colour match with your equipment is just the icing, it's a massive step up without the extortionate cost of some muffs.

Well made and effective. Snugly fits onto H4N Pro, fairly priced too.
