I've been taking for years, always makes me feel better. It provides a good dosage of vitamin C and a modest amount of various minerals and flavanoids. This my go-to supplement for when I'm starting to feel under the weather.

These bulky tablets have an edge and are hard to swallow. This should be offered in 500mg capsules, or caplets. I have to order a similar formulation by Pure Encapsulations for my Mom, because these tablets are too big.

This is a good quality vitamin, but be careful taking two at a time. They're big and need to be cut in half. They can get caught going down.

The addition of other minerals and vitamins to support the action of vitamin C is right on. Cant really say any noticeable changes in my health has occurred, but I noticed that when the flu was circulating in my home, I did not get sick at all which is usually not the case for me.

You can't do better in supplements and the Source Naturals line and the ultimate ascorbic acid is a really good form of Vitamin C. The service was great. Thank you.
