UV SKINZ UPF 50+ Women's Classic Swim Jammerz - Hot Pink - L

Per the reviews, these Skinz run large (181 lbs, 5'5" and I usually buy a x-large), so I purchased the medium. After trying them on, they fit and the quality of the Skinz are high end (thick). After wearing them in waist deep water, they felt a little big on me, but I have big thighs which I think held the Skinz fitted to my body. It does take awhile to dry unless you put them outdoors, in the dryer or in direct sunlight. This photo was taken after I waded in waist-deep water.

Absolutely the best beach purchase. When I go to the beach, I go to play. I like to build sand castles, play in the waves and search for shells. Typical bathing suits bottoms make me constantly pull and tug. I spend half my time worrying that something is going to fall out. The UV Skinz stayed put and kept everything where it should be. These bottoms are well made. Absolutely worth the price point. Also, I am a chubby girl so bathing suit chafing can be an issue, but these bottoms kept the chafing away. I have recommended them to several friends already. You will not be disappointed with this product.Just for sizing - Typically I wear a size 20-22 and I purchased the 2x. I am 5'7" tall and these swim shorts came to my knees.

These are great quality but I didn't realize that I should order a size down if I want to keep the pants on in the water. They fit when dry but can't keep them on in the ocean. Too bad. I liked them. Also, the picture looks like they may be low-rise but they are actually quite high on the waist.

These are awesome! Great construction, not see-through, cute but modest. Exactly what I was looking for to wear to the beach this year. In my opinion, they run a little big, but based on other reviews I expected that and ordered down a size. I am a size 16, and ordered the XL. It fits perfect when dry, and I probably could have gotten away with a size L for a more secure fit in the water, but I think they'll still be fine. Worth every penny!

I love these swim shorts! Purchased for a vacation in June, so I have not worn them in the water yet. They look great and feel comfortable. I've lost some weight (yeah me) so I am hoping they still fit. The only thing I would like to see is a draw string at the waist. It would compensate for small weight changes and allow for any adjustments, if needed, when they get wet.I'm 5' 3" and they come to just below the knee. No see through so you don't need to wear anything underneath.

I love these ! I tried them on as soon as I got them. They fit just right I am 5'3 -168 lbs I got the XL. I think they are going to be great at the beach ,I do not really swim in the lakes and oceans but I do like to wade in the water. I will feel so much more comfortable walking on the beach's in these than I do in a bathing suit. Thank you UV Skinz !

I love this item. It is well made, comfortable, and super cute. However, be sure to order a size down to have it fit like a swim suit. I ordered a pair in my size previously and it would have been great for gym wear, but not swimming when you want your suit to stay on you. Also, beware that you will be charged return shipping. My rating is strictly for having to pay return shipping for an item that doesn't fit. In today's day and age that is ridiculous. Also, the manufacturer should think to market their product to people looking for a more modest swim suit and not just sun protection (more diversity in the catalogue would be good as well).

I love these! No more shaving my legs above the knee to go swimming! I'm 5'2", and these come just over my knee. I ordered an XL, usually wear a 16/18 in pants, and they fit really well dry. I haven't worn them swimming yet, so I hope they don't expand and fall down like other reviews say. If you straddle a size, order down. They stretch a little, which is nice. They ride right around my belly button. They are double layered, so no need to wear anything under them. Plus they are SPF 50, so that's a nice bonus! Would definitely buy again, and would recommend to anyone looking for swim shorts that prevent chub rub and are long enough to not ride up
