I've been taking these for three months now. The rule of thumb is that effects will not start appearing until around that time, so I thought now is as good a time as any to write a review. As a disclaimer, I have been taking these in conjunction with a vegetable-based iron supplement.It's difficult to explain the effects that this has had on my body and mind, but the effects are definitely noticeable. I suffer from dysthymia with major depressive episodes, as well as social anxiety disorder, both untreated. Nothing substantial has changed in my life these past few months. The anxiety has been unaffected (no surprise there) but gradually over the last two months I have felt more mental clarity. I'm more... awake, alive. I'm not oversleeping, and the bouts of major depression have been few and far between.I'm also finding that I am getting fewer cold sores, less food cravings, and I have more energy to make it through the day.As far as the gummy/flavor aspect goes, well, don't expect it to be like a Haribo gummy. It's very different. But these are enough of a pleasure that it's no trouble at all to remember them, much like my morning coffee. :)

I became B6 toxic off of these vitamins. Perhaps others can tolerate the B6 better than me; however, I have now have nerve damage that will take a very long time to heal. After an MRI and EMG, dr. finally discovered the B6 toxicity via blood test. If you start noticing muscle pain/weakness, burning or tingling, you may be suffering too. Just a PSA.

Wanted to give these 5 stars because they're so close to being the perfect vitamin for me. As a 40 year old woman the following are important to me however missing in the Women's Complete; Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium. I'm curious to know why Smarty Pants is conscious of all of the other important factors such as; GMO, synth colors, artificial sweeteners, gluten allergens (which I'm very happy to see), but missing some basic women's essential vitamins here?It's hard finding Folate as Methylfolate and B12 as Methylcobalamin and Smarty Pants has both! Love the Biotin and CoQ10 add ins.. already taking 6 of these a day plus the 2 pre/probiotics, really don't want to add another vitamin to cover calcium / magnesium.

I struggled with infertily for years. It is a very painful and hard road to go down. After taking Smarty Pants Women's complete we conceived within a month. it also fixed my speech and memory problems within a few hours, it is almost unbelieveable if I hadn't expierenced it myself. I wasn't able to finish a sentence because I would forget half way through what to say, this wasn't only frustrating for me but also for my family. Buy this stuff, it is awsome. Everyone in my family now gets Smarty Pants Gummies and I just switched to the prenatal kind.Smarty Pants also has outstanding customer service! I talked to them twice and I always got a quick and thourough response.

The good is the organic aspect and methylated folate and b12. The bad, and very bad, is the addition of a controversial B. subtilis bacteria which can cause serious problems for people with asthma or heart disease. Especially considering over growth. It is an interesting and peculiar addition to an otherwise superior product. You might want to read self hacked or epa articles about this bacteria, which basically is dirt cheap, lives in soil, and is used in farming and livestock animal feed. I have purchased these at other locations. The organic is not nearly as tasty as the regular, which is delicious. I'm not sure there is a better womans chewable available. But i am also not willing to take B. subtilis on an ongoing basis because it is a very cheap and sometimes dangerous substitute for a probiotic. At this high price point, and flaunting itself as a caring, they could have created a much better vitamin by leaving it out entirely or change their name to stupid pants.

Seriously love these vitamins. Was gifted the packets at Christmas and had to purchase a bottle after finishing.Noticeably fewer break outs, no PMS achey breasts, more energy, my hair is growing like a weed, less hairs on my face, just a few of the benefits I’ve seen in taking these for 2+ months.I can take them on an empty stomach, which is great when I’m running out the door in the morning. The gummies themselves are very tasty and the consistency is great.

I have a double MTHFT mutation. I have tried EVERYTHING and have had no luck in feeling better My doctor actually recommended I take a healthy dose of folic acid which is not true. Folate is a must! I have only been taking them for a month and have already noticed my cold sores are not nearly as frequent and go away with in a day or two. I will definitely continue taking these vitamins. They taste great and I love the complete vitamin requirements. I do however have to take an Iron supplement but I'm okay with that.

I love that these vitamins contain Omega 3 (though not much - I recommend supplementing with a fish oil vitamin), l-methylfolate, B12 as methylcobalamin, and a healthy dose of Vitamin D. It's tough to find those specific vitamins in the dose I need, all in one multi.Negatives: I'm not a fan of having to take 6 every day, and I also don't like that they contain so much sugar (to offset the fishy taste you'd otherwise get from the Omega 3).All things considered, since it has everything else I want, this is the multi-vitamin for me.

Vegetarian vitamins arrived inedible. The smell and taste foul, like fish. Seller deemed it not their problem and won't take a return because it is open. This is unfair as I have now paid for a spoiled product that the seller sent to me.

You need to eat 6 at a time and they taste horrible. Texture is really weird, not gummies. Chewing 6 at once is too many. I personally did not like them.
