Absolutely perfect in every small detail.
I have assembled a smaller model by this company (Sansei) in the past. This one is even more thrilling than the first. 1. The structure itself is ingenious and very sturdy, as you can see from my photo of the interlocking pieces that form the foundation of the house. 2. The details, such as the tiny car with window glass, are delightful and adorable. 3. I was surprised and thrilled to find that the pavement for the stairs and path is actually tiled by hand. This was my favorite part of the project to complete. 4. The size of the finished project is perfect. It fits in your hand. A very small cabinet can display several finished models. 5. The quality of the kit and instructions is extremely high. 6. I will be buying more models from this company in the future.

Great little project but difficult sometimes
The media could not be loaded. I loved this little project although I had to use a toothpick sometimes to move things around because the space was too small to fit my finger in between. I used super glue for the bigger pieces like the house foundation and just normal school glue for everything else. Anything that is multicolored had to be cut and glued completely separate such as the front stairs. There are a couple instructions that are confusing but altogether it’s a nice way to entertain yourself for hours. I glued part of the front door together wrong and it was too late to take it apart but still looks good anyways. I would buy more of these to do.

Gorgeous, TINY model, love it!
This model was SO FUN to put together. Addictive- I want another one. Be aware, however, that it is a challenge, especially at this scale. This thing is TINY. I'm guessing it has to be laser cut. The pieces are incredibly precise and detailed. Definitely for the adult collector/crafter and not for young kids. I recommend having tweezers on hand, and maybe even a magnifying glass. Also, be aware that the instructions are all in Japanese. The diagrams are very clear, however, so I had no problems in spite of not being able to read it.

Damaged 💔
Such a pretty item and pretty box but suck that it arrived ripped! Also the instructions is written in Japanese. Which doesn't help for English reader

Excellent little model!
Beautiful model kit and very straight forward instructions despite not having english translations. This is the first model I've ever built and I've enjoyed it a lot!! The only part that doesn't come pre-cut are the see-through window parts, but they aren't too complicated to cut to size. Highly recommend to people who love Ghibli and crafting. I used the "Zig memory system" glue pen to assemble it.

Not what you think
You think your getting a playhouse but it’s actually a piece of paper the size of your hand. Im pretty upset that I paid 50.00 for some paper.

An Unusual and Wonderful Find!
This is the most amazing paper craft kit! I was so happy to stumble upon it for my 13-year-old girl that loves crafting. Mind you, this is not for eery 13-year-old. It takes a lot of patience and very meticulous placement but the results are incredibly detailed and something to be proud of having made. Will be purchasing more of these.
