Product defective since first day - no warranty coverage as well. Reeds get stuck.

Initially it seemed new at first glance but later I found a crack in the wooden body and also the second note stopped working. I have 3 more such pieces which lasted quite abut long before any note gets defeated 😕

Defect piece
One of the key hole is not working. Its a defect piece no wonder there was a discount.Tried to replace it or a refund but amazon keeps telling me they have opened a ticket and will get back to me but nothing as such happened.
