Dr.Foot Height Increase Insoles, Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Lift Inserts for Leg Length Discrepancies

Definitely adds height when needed. They do not slip around and are comfortable. The price is also great as I feel they are not too expensive.

These fit well in my shoes. They don't move around and hold their position. There is a slight 'give' which I expected. I've used numerous 'solid' rubber and leather inserts and compared to these I don't know why I didn't change before this. The solid inserts were for me, very uncomfortable. I plan on buying these in about six months so I can compare whether constant wear has decreased the effectiveness. Which isn't a complaint because given the construction of these inserts I have to expect will happen. I have no complaints and will definitely buy again. IF there is a problem, I hope to update, because anyone needing these insoles needs to know what works. Without these inserts the back and you suffer.

Very smooth, and color stays on nicely. Only downside is that it’s used up very quickly. You literally need re-sharpen it after 1-2 uses … essentially it’s good quality but it’s annoying to have to re-sharpen every time (hence , it’s not as inexpensive as it seems)

Wish I had thought of these 3 years ago! Had a partial hip replacement, leaving 1 leg longer than the other. Recently had terrible back/hip pain. These inserts are really helping. They are comfortable and love that they stay in place, even in my Sketchers flip flops. Not even visible. Also, I’ve been able to switch them from 1 shoe to another pair with no problem. Best thing ever! Going to orthopedic surgeon to check hip and see if half inch is the right size insert. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a similar problem. update: Ordering a second pair as I got tired of switching them from 1 pair to another. I only use 1 per pair. A helpful hint: I wear them in flip flops and they stay in as I used Gorilla double sided tape to hold them in place. They can be removed when you don't want to wear the shoes anymore.....just pull off and remove tape. I have not had any problems with them coming off with this tape. I did have problelms with another brand of tape. I wear them all day with no problem. It's a life saver with the back pain from being uneven. The bottom of my feet are shot from being on them all day for years. I like that they are cushioned. Very comfortable. The dr. had me use some that were firmer. These are much easier on my feet. The pair that I bought 10 months ago are still good and have not broken down yet. All good!

First, they were the right height. I needed the one inch for my left leg. And immediately felt the difference when I took the dogs for a walk. However , unfortunately they’re breaking down and I’ve had them only a short time and used them only a little. There’s nothing solid to hold the beanies together.

These work very well! My kid uses them until he gets a little taller. Good quality. My son has been using them for 9 weeks now and still in tact and kids are ruff on shoes and clothes.

My physical therapist recommended these to me months ago and I finally got to purchase them. I put these in my shoes the second I got them. The material easily molded to my foot and helped correct my leg as one is shorter than the other. It doesn’t slide around in your shoe and helps relieve pain since the bottom is a sticky gel material. The sticky material is sturdy and easy to clean, just a little dish soap and water before letting it air dry before it’s good to go to shove back into your shoe. I will be buying more of these for my other shoes.

I have a leg length discrepancy and have worn a lift in one shoe for 20 years. They are definitely a little squishier than the rubber inserts I'm used to but they are comfortable. I've tried everything to attach the rubber ones to open backed shoes -- double sided tape, 3m strips, etc, and had mixed results. I was very skeptical of the stickiness of these but I wore them in sandals to Disney World (20K steps a day) and they stayed put. I was shocked. I haven't tried them in flip flops and I'm not sure I would trust them in something like that but a regular strappy sandal was fine.

The Dr.Foot height increase insoles are comfortable and provide a slight lift as advertised. However, they don’t stick well in the shoe, causing them to slide around during use. Good for short-term wear, but could use better adhesive for stability.

It absolutely good product. For height discrepancy My son use it last one month . It is fitted with normal high ankle shoe. There is no problem arise now.
