Sweet beginners Mandolin.I’ve played the violin, banjo and trumpet in my past but never a mandolin. I wanted something small for me to learn on and build my son’s interest in music. This was perfect for my needs. This is a beginners instrument but for the price you get EVERYTHING you need. Mandolin, case, digital tuner (big reason why mandolin has gained sin popularity is the easy of tuning the instrument now with a digital tuner), picks, and shimmy rag for cleaning it.Never used a digital tuner before but WOW, what a difference it makes. 5-10 minutes of tuning and your off as co paired to a violin with needs 15-20 minutes when it out of tune (first you tune the ‘d’ with a tune pipe or tuning fork then tune the other strings to the ‘d’ string using harmonics).My one suggestion is to lower the bridge. It’s high which gives a good loud sound but my delicate figuring (left) hand has no calluses yet so it’s painful to start. Lowering the bridge helped and only makes the instrument a little quieter. After a week of playing, my calluses got thick enough thI can do a 45 minute practice session in good shape.

These bags are great. They are ecologically sound (reusable, NOT plastic!). You can use them to buy groceries (vegetables and fruit), then put them directly into the refrigerator when you get home. After they are used, you can throw them into the wash and start all over!This is an excellent way to recycle and make good use of existing materials!

I wanted a way to keep sets of toys together without losing all of the parts. I liked how these bags came in different sizes. The material is stretchy and seem easy to wash. Seems pretty durable and soft. Definitely worth the money!

I've really tried to cut all plastic bag use out of my routine, but the last ones were the veggie bags at the grocery store. These work great for this purpose, including being see-through enough to allow the checker to scan through the bag.Where things went awry is when I got home. Within 2-3 days of storing the lettuce and celery in these bags in the fridge both were so badly wilted as to be inedible. Why did I give these things 4 stars then? Because it wouldn't be a problem if I'd have processed the lettuce and celery into salads as I planned AND I'm willing to concede this may be an issue with my 20-year-old fridge and not the bags.I know it was not just a bad batch of lettuce and celery because I tested that. I used them again to store in the fridge, but I put have the celery and lettuce in plastic bags instead. Those were fine while the ones in these bags were wilted.Easy enough to adapt to and I still use these, just be aware there is a small price for their convenience.I've run some of these through the wash and no issues.

18 September 2022: Every weekend we go get our produce from the historic Haymarket in Boston Massachusetts. The stands all offer plastic bags to every customer for packaging the various fruits and vegetables, but the city has an initiative to eliminate plastic waste so I am conflicted about accepting these offered bags. I purchased these mesh bags as an alternative to gathering the plastic bags for my produce.They come in three sizes and I'm delighted by how much can be placed in even the smallest bags. We've managed to place six apples in the small bags. I've also been able to place four green plantains in the small bags. The middle size bags have held over three pounds of green beans or a flat of mangoes. Finally, the largest has easily held the largest sweet potatoes with room to spare.I love how each size is colour coded for quick identification. I'm also fond of how easy cleaning the bags has been. I've honestly only had to run the bag through water and basic dish soap to fully clean the materials. They dry quickly once rinsed and store easily by folding to smaller stacks.I highly recommend these mesh bags for eliminating the plastic bags being required. I haven't owned these bags for long enough to determine how long they'll last, but even if they only last a year for the price they've already been a great value.

I try to avoid using plastic when possible. The plastic produce bags seem very unnecessary to me but my husband puts every little piece of produce in one. Been arguing about it for years😂. I finally found these bags and I love having them. They are well made, easy to tuck into the front pocket of my insulated shopping bag so that I always have them with me. I also love that they are so easy to use, no more fighting with opening the plastic bags. Husband likes them too✅. Nothing negative to say about these bags, lots of good things. So happy to have them.

These are NOT scannable. I bought these only because it said they could be scanned at a grocery store. I had already bought others that couldn't be scanned, and felt sorry for the store clerk having to loosen and open them up. The new green produce bags in the stores are a pain to open and rip easily so I decided to bring my own reusable bags. I like the sturdiness and different sizes for produce but now I have to arrange them on checkout opened with barcodes up on fruit and veggies. They wash well.

It is exactly what I was looking for to replace the use of the produce bags. They’re also bigger than expected which is great.
