I didnt use the gel stuff, just put it on my tummy. Really made me sweat! It had two heat settings - I found it best on the higher one. Been using it on and off over the past couple of weeks now. Also let my wife have a go - actually she really wanted to use it more than me. Same for her - easy to use, easy to wipe clean.

Only good thing I can say is that it arrived quickly. No English instructions no UK plug. Cheaply manufactured . Yet again I have just wasted good hard earned money. Yet I will keep trying every day to see if I get any results. I thought it was a Infar red sauna belt. I wanted it for back ache not slimming. Oh what a pratt. lol. my fault.
