This is a flavorless powder that I add to my morning coffee-although it "thickens" the liquid, it doesn't add any flavor. I definitely see the benefits of it, my nails are thicker and my hair and skin seem healthier. It doesn't take much effort, although I would recommend getting an Amazon wireless milk frother to go with it, to make sure it is stirred into your liquid of choice well.

I tried another brand of collagen before buying Alaya. The difference is like day / night. Alaya dissolves easily (I use it in my tea each morning). There is absolutely no flavor change to my tea. I've only been using it for about 12 days, but I feel that I see some improvement in skin & nails. Joints seem to have less discomfort as well. Will continue using! This wonderful product not only makes my 60 year old skin, beautiful, it really helps my joints less painful. My left knee has given me so much pain and stiffness for a couple of years, now. This collagen makes a marked difference in my being able to move throughout the day. Within an hour of taking it, I have at least 75% less pain and stiffness, thank-you for the relief!!!!

Very little tastes and mixes easily in my coffe

After receiving the product, I used it the first time and noted a very minuscule taste of salt to my coffee. I placed the powder in my cup, then brewed the coffee using my usual K-cup coffee. I noted some clumping in the bottom of the cup which readily resolved when I stirred it. The second day, I brewed the coffee and then added the scoop of powder and it dissolved rapidly. I will continue to use this product to evaluate its effectiveness in my health issues.

I'm 62 years old I don't look 62 years old. But one thing I had noticed is that my skin was starting to get real saggy on my arms my legs my hair was thinning out a bit etc. I am Blessed with great skin so to see these changes was disturbing to me but I thought I wonder if it's just the aging process. I have been on a comple whole foods healthy life style change for a year. I have kept up with my cardio my weight lifting and yoga so I'm in really good physical shape but my skin was showing signs of wrinkles and it was really bothering me and my knees were starting to hurt etc etc and I do realize that much of this comes with age but, I read up on this and found out that as we get older we loose collagen and that can cause a lot of what I had going on. Some of the reviews were positive some people said they saw no changes so I thought I'd give it a try so I've been on it officially now for over a month and a half. I have not missed a day I take it daily every morning with my first cup of coffee I don't notice a smell or a taste like some people said it doesn't bother me at all I really wish I had taken pictures before I started. The changes in my body have been huge it's like my skin started to plump up the wrinkles on my arms are gone the same for my legs .I got my hair done a few days ago and my hair stylist was commenting on how thick my hair was. My joints have started to feel so much better I barely have any issues with my knees, occasionally I feel a little twinge or something when I'm doing my yoga but nothing like it was before. I would have to say I'm shocked and I am really good about taking supplements eating very healthy and I know that our bodies change. I will say I have good genetics my mother lived to be almost a hundred and barely had a wrinkle on her face her skin was amazing so I've got that Goin for me so when this started to happen I think that's why I was a little shocked ,but it works I highly suggest it I've already gotten my next container so that when this one runs out I'm already good to go I won't have to skip any days . Sometimes I don't have it in my coffee I may have it in a smoothie or if it happens to be a day that I'm juicing I put a scoop in my juice. So it worked for me I don't know if it'll work for you but I'm giving it a huge thumbs up great product
