Alaya Multi Collagen Powder - Type I, II, III, V, X Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides Protein Powder Supplement with MSM + GC (Unflavored) (40 Servings)

This is a flavorless powder that I add to my morning coffee-although it "thickens" the liquid, it doesn't add any flavor. I definitely see the benefits of it, my nails are thicker and my hair and skin seem healthier. It doesn't take much effort, although I would recommend getting an Amazon wireless milk frother to go with it, to make sure it is stirred into your liquid of choice well.

I tried another brand of collagen before buying Alaya. The difference is like day / night. Alaya dissolves easily (I use it in my tea each morning). There is absolutely no flavor change to my tea. I've only been using it for about 12 days, but I feel that I see some improvement in skin & nails. Joints seem to have less discomfort as well. Will continue using! This wonderful product not only makes my 60 year old skin, beautiful, it really helps my joints less painful. My left knee has given me so much pain and stiffness for a couple of years, now. This collagen makes a marked difference in my being able to move throughout the day. Within an hour of taking it, I have at least 75% less pain and stiffness, thank-you for the relief!!!!

Very little tastes and mixes easily in my coffe

I have been on a collagen journey since last December. I’ve tried 5 different brands since then. I’m in my late 60’s and needed a lift for my skin and hair and muscles. So far this one is the best hands down. My nails grew fast and much stronger and my muscle and joint aches disappeared. This was the first one I tried and I’m coming back to it. All the others I tried didn’t work for my muscles and joint the pain came back. Thank you Alaya. Also has no taste and dissolves right away and has no smell. A great product and I will continue to use it!

I love this product!! I put two scoops in my to go coffee every morning. It dissolves easily and it’s flavorless so I still get a delicious cup of coffee. My skin has improved and I’ve noticed improvements with my thinning hair. It doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach either. Being in my 50’s, my overall aches and pains have diminished too! Highly recommend giving it a try.

I am 53 years young. I have been experiencing joint pain in my hands and feet for the last few years. I know how important collagen is to aging women, but never thought to start taking it. I saw a commercial about this particular product so I decided to do more research. Alaya has all 5 types of collagen including Glucosamine with Chondroitin, which I was already taking. After reading the many Amazon customer reviews, I decided to take advantage of the Prime Day deal and ordered the unflavored one. I added it to my cup of coffee this morning. Contrary to one of the reviews I read, it didn’t change the taste at all!!! I use a Keurig, so I added a scoop of the powder to my mug along with my 2 sugar cubes before starting the brewer. It mixed together very well - added my creamer last. Delicious!! Hopefully I get the results I’m looking for!!

It is 2/20/26 and I have been taking this daily since 4/1/25. I missed one day. With that said, I have tracked how many servings I got from each container. First container: 45 days Second container: 44 days Third container: 40 days Fourth container: 41 days Fifth container: 46 days Sixth container: 42 days Seventh container: 40 days (it would have been 41 but I shared a scoop with my sister, as she wanted to try it) I'm currently on my eighth container. I did note that the scoop was larger in some of the containers but I just use the same scoop every time. There is a line on the larger scoop and it is the same amount as the smaller scoop. I put this in my coffee every morning. There is no smell or taste for me. I think it dissolves well if you are using very hot water (which I do in my coffee). I originally started taking it for joint issues but also hoped to maybe see some results with my aging skin (I'm 43). I'll be honest and say I haven't necessarily noticed any negative side effects, nor positive side effects. The only noticeable thing that I've experienced is that the first month, my lips felt so weird. Putting chapstick on didn't seem to help a whole lot. That went away and I haven't noticed it since. I've taken before and after photos and I'm not sure I notice a difference with my skin. Friends who look at the before think my skin looks healthier. I think it's harder for me to notice because I see myself every day. I want to love this and give it more stars but I'm waiting to do that until I see something that is significantly improved. I am giving myself a full year, so can come back and update at that time if there's any difference as many reviews have stated it can take 6-12 months to notice a difference. I just wanted to share my experience with how much came in the containers if that was helpful. I think something to consider is that the powder does settle, so if you feel like the container has less than it should just take that into consideration. As noted, I have never gotten below the serving size of 40 and have always gotten more, per my above notes. If you find yourself getting less, you can weigh and make sure you're not using more than the serving size.
