Arrived next day and well packaged. Very pleased with this product. Clear and easy to read the music. Comes with a CD so you can actually hear what you will be playing . Very good price for the amount of information. Have recommended to friends and family.

There are some good arrangements in here which makes the book worth having, but there are some obscure arrangement too. Some arrangements allow you to add your own interpretations.

I know most of the ratings are great but I found this book a great disappointment. Five of the ten pieces are in alternate tunings, open D, open C and G6 which I find tedious to retune and two other pieces are played with capo , so only three pieces involve no messing about. They are quite challenging at intermediate or beyond. So if you don’t mind retuning and are pretty proficient this may be the book for you, but not for me unfortunately.

I ordered this book to learn some tunes people would be familiar with at various events I play in. Having played mostly classical my whole life, I have ventured into fingerstyle acoustic guitar, and this book is a great gateway into all the fun to be had! Ben Woolman's transcriptions are brilliant, and precise. There are pieces for the intermediate player such as the "Theme From Schindler's List," and "Hedwig's Theme," while, a more advanced player might venture into "Theme From Superman." The book contains sheet music, tablature, and left hand fingerings. These pieces are a must have for any gigging musician. You and your audience will be pleased with these pieces.

Habe mir dieses Buch bestellt, da ich immer auf der Suche nach Filmmusik für Fingerstyle-Guitar bin! Zuvor war ich noch sehr skeptisch, zumal mir die Bücher von Hal Leonard teils zu mager ausfallen und ich dann doch mehr die Bücher von Mel Bay bevorzuge, natürlich in Bezug auf Fingerstyle-Guitar-Bücher!Dieses Buch jedoch hat mich echt überzeugt! Tolle Arrangements mit unterschiedlichen Tunings! Genau das was ich gesucht hatte! Besser kann man ein Buch nicht gestalten und daher kann ich dieses nur empfehlen! Und der Preis ist ist auch der Hammer!Jedoch nichts für Anfänger! Man sollte sich dann doch schon unter die Kategorie "Fortgeschritte" einstufen damit man diese Stücke auch umsetzen kann!Würde sogar 10 Sterne dafür geben, wenn das gehen würde! Aber von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne!!!

Ottimi arrangiamenti ben fatti. Sono arrangiamenti per chitarristi con un buon livello tecnico. Il libro non è adatto a chitarristi principianti.

Very clearly written. I like how Ben Woolman Interpreted Mr Williams composition intended for the orchestra. Easy to understand .
