This do not fit at all at jetblue seats. This is NOT an “Airline Approve Pet Carrier “In fact I was kicked out of the plane because of that problem.

Despite it saying it was appropriate up to 22lbs our fatty french bulldog of 26lbs hopped in and had tons of room to turn around and stretch out inside. The handle is a bit tight in its retraction, but nothing a little coconut oil can't fix. The overall aesthetic is lovely and the wheels have it rolling like a dream. The only thing I would change is to add a large pocket in the back for documents like other brands.

I am a Senior citizen with spinal stenosis and taking my large diabetic cat to the Vet was a problem. I find that wheeling him in this carrier is much easier on my back. It is a little more difficult getting him in the soft carrier as opposed to a hard one since the sides don't stay up. I also wish the handle collapsed lower to make getting it in my front seat easier. It did topple over once so be careful to go very slowly when pulling it over uneven surfaces. I've only used it one time but so far it has been a big help and I hope it holds up to my cat's 16 lbs. with repeated usage.

This is a great size for my 20 pound cat, but it has not held up well after just 4 months of use. The wheels have fallen off and the handles and zippers are tearing. It is NOT sturdy at all, and has fallen off the wheels several times with my cat inside it. I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Do not waste your money. It is NOT safe.

I purchased the carrier for my return trip during Thanksgiving, The carrier is easy to maneuver, my Shih Tzu had plenty of leg room and space to lay and stretch out. One warning, the Velcro on the bottom is really sturdy which makes it difficult to slide under the seat on a plane. I had to use one of the seat pamphlets to cover the Velcro so that the carrier would slide under the seat in front of me. All in all recommend the carrier for anyone that has physical limitations but want to take their pet companion on trips with them.

Pretty good carrier for the price.I like that the carrier can be removed from the base easily. The pad inside is pretty hard, but it can be removed for washing, which is a necessity from time to time. I use an additional softer pad for long trips, anyway.I had to deduct one star because it is difficult to pull the handle all the way out on my carrier, and it won’t hinge up to the proper pulling height unless it is fully extended. I can get it fully extended, but it takes a bit of time and patience - when traveling you may not have that luxury. Once it is extended it works great, although the handle is also tricky to fully retract. Rolls nicely, although a bit noisy, I suppose better wheels could always be attached to the base if that’s a problem.Overall, for my use (to and from vet, and “hurrications”) it’s what I needed.

My smallest cat weighs 7.8 lbs. The last time Brody was weighed he weighed over 20 lbs. I can't carry him but he will fit into this carrier for his vet visit. I think this carrier will be perfect. It is also very nice looking and sturdy.

I liked almost all the features of this carrier since I was looking for one that wasn't heavy, had wheels and a telescopic handle to use for pulling/pushing it. The only problem is the handle doesn't extend enough to be able to reach it comfortably. I'm 5'6" so I would have to squat to reach the telescoping handle; but the shoulder strap works for pulling it around without having to bend forward. All in all it's a lovely design and well-made carrier that has the features I was looking for, for my cat.

Un animale di medie dimensioni (nel mio caso gatto di 5kg) ci sta super comodo e soprattutto... sdraiato, senza rimanere inclinato come in altri trasportni trolley (pessima esperienza).2. La qualità dei materiali è ottima; è molto robusto, gli zip sono perfetti, le ruote solide, la reticella resistente ma traspira a sufficienza.3. I dettagli sono INCREDIBILI: il pianale inferiore si può staccare completamente ma resta attaccato in modo saldissimo, le ruote sono telescopiche, ogni singolo zip ha una chiusura di sicurezza ( che consiglio vivamente di allacciare perché il mio gatto è riuscito ad aprire la zip da solo quando non l'avevo messa), c'è una tasca dove riporre la tracolla, c'è appunto anche una tracolla removibile, doppie porte, finestre laterali con copertura opzionale, velcro per arrotolare le coperture, una copertina morbidissima all'interno che si può staccare e lavare, si può piegare complatemante quando lo si ripone.... insomma, tutto quello che potete immaginare per comfort, sicurezza e comodità è stato pensato.4. E' bellissimo! La stoffa è davvero chic, un colore grigio scuro molto raffinato. Ho ricevuto tantissimi complimenti.5. Il mio gatto è felice! Non più sballottato nel trasporto a mano, si gode il percorso da sdraiato e si vede che è molto più rilassato.Per chiunque abbia un animale di piccola media taglia lo straconsiglio. Davvero 10 stelle.Mi ha cambiato il modo di viaggiare! Grazie.

I gave this item a 5 star, but would have done 4.5 if it was available. Overall, it's well designed for airline travel and could use maybe only a few minor improvements. I was concerned with the zippers skipping teeth which I was able to resolve, but it gives me some concern over their strength. However, it has an internal leash and it's up to me to be responsible for making sure the cats don't break free. It's doubtful they'd be able to break through the zippers, but because they were skipping, that's the main reason I'd drop it by .5 if that was an option.Again, note that it's designed primarily for airport travel. If you are wanting it to roll on the street, it's NOT designed for rough surfaces. It's designed for airport halls and ramps. It's quite obvious from the photos that the wheels are similar to ones on a suitcase.One reviewer said the sides were closed, but the sides have fabric flaps over the screens which do roll up and Velcro fasteners hold it open. Yes, the screens are fixed, but so they should be.So far, I'm impressed with the design and quality. The only caution is that although it says good for up to 20 lbs., we have a cat that's 17 lbs. and it's looking like he might be too big for the carrier. I think because the sides are soft, he might be able to turn around in it. Not a fault of the carrier, just be aware that some animals might not fit even though they are below the rated weight size limit.

El artículo es muy útil si tu mascota no puede andar o para entrar con ella en centros comerciales. Lo peor que tiene es que las ruedas van muy "libres" y cuando el suelo tiene alguna pendiente, por pequeña que sea, el carrito se desplaza por las ruedas traseras hacia la pendiente y resulta incómodo. En terreno plazo va de dulce y mi perro va llamando la atención en "vehículo".

ho comprato questo trasportino per la mia bulla visto l'imminente viaggio aereo.Indubbiamente è fatto molto bene, robusto e rifinito molto bene. il pezzo sotto con le ruote è facilissimo da mettere e da togliere, non ho provato se le ruote non fanno rumore come descritto perchè ho fatto il reso a causa della pesantezza e del poco spazio per inserirla dall'alto.Purtroppo per i viaggi in aereo servono trasportini molto leggeri ( almeno che il cane non sia super super leggero) inoltre il cane è più semplice farlo entrare dall'alto che non dall'apertura frontale, questo ha l'apertura alta troppo piccola per il mio cane. Diciamo che non è indicato per il mio bulldog francese ma è un prodotto veramente bello

No lo puedo usar en la calle que era lo que quería las ruedas son como la de las maletas y es imposible. Tengo que cambiárselas por unas de goma un poco más grandes. Cuando giro se dobla hacia un lado si voy tirando de él así que tengo que ponerlo delante de mí para que no se me caiga el perro e ir empujando todo el tiempo. Ahora a ver cómo arreglo las ruedas porque el suelo de la calle no es el aeropuerto.
