Hi Holly,Fish is not contained in Spry. :-) The ingredients in In Clover Spry are: Chicken liver flavor, natural butter flavor, tapioca starch, L-lysine, glycerin, brewers dried yeast, pork gelatin, sweet potato, blueberry, organic inulin, glucono-delta-lactone, mixed tocopherols (preservative), rosemary extract (preservative), citric acid, betaine, natural aluminosilicate. How much l-lysine is in each chew??

125 mg per chew. I give my 2 cats 2 chews every day as a maintenance dose (which means 2 bags a month). This is so far the only brand they consistently like the flavor of, all the way to the end of the bag. Everything else I've tried, they've gotten tired of or thrown up (NOT good!), but I've never had any problems like that with these chews. So even though it's about half the dose per chew of many other brands, 2 bags a month is about comparable to the prices of the others, and it's worth it if my cats will consistently eat them!

Any way to find out how much sodium and/or phosphorus are in these?

Ingredients listed on chewy.com but they don't carry them, no sodium or brewers yeast listed.

Question 4

What happen for the big size bag, now only the small 2oz? My cat have 6 a day.

My cat has been on these "pills" for 9 months, Iam not aware of the size bag changing.  My cat is only supposed to have 2 a day.
