Leveling Kit Laserjamb LJ4

I own a sign business and was excited to get this. As soon as I saw the box on the front porch, I knew it had been owned by at least one other person. It had been re-packed. I opened it and the case was all dusty, the foot pads had been used and there was a piece broken off the mechanism that holds the laser and attaches to the post. The product itself is exactly what I want. I want it replaced, I'm not looking for a refund. Now I have to wait 48 hours for the manufacturer to approve the return/replacement. Maybe I can write a better review after this is all settled.Follow up review. They solved my problem by sending me a new tripod. It arrived in a new box and the tripod was newand perfect. This is a very heavy duty tripod. Exactly what I needed for my business. Steel tubing and very sturdy. Would definitely buy again.

Horrible quality! They use cheap steel tubing with plastic threaded inserts. 2nd time I went to use it ever; one of the plastic threaded pieces that the poles twist on to came out of the tubing because they are just crimped on. The tape measure really isn't meant to clip where they show you to attach it to. Also I can never figure out how to put all the pieces back in the plastic case. This kit is very heavy and bulky. Maybe if they made it out of aluminum and ditched the plastic threaded couplers, just maybe it would be decent. It sits in my garage and collects dust. I'm about to throw it in the dumpster .This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.
