1999 Jeep Sahara - direct fit.
1999 Jeep Sahara, installed and was a perfect fit. wish the zerk fittings were 90 degree elbows. Since they aren't you have to cut the wheel to get the tire out of the way to grease them. They arrive dry so be sure to load them up! Install was easy peasy. I found putting side pressure on the top of the link helps hold the ball joint enough to tighten. It looks like the set that were already on the jeep were moogs, hope they last a while. They are cheap and fit well, and work as they should. They include a 15mm hex nut that uses a punch style lock. Everything fit.

Rides like new vehicle
I installed sway bar links on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. Installation was easy because I had read previous reviews and had the right tools. My Jeep now rides and handles like a new vehicle. To remove the old tapered ball joint, buy or rent the tapered removal tool (pickle fork). When installing, use 4 or 5 washers to start the ball joint lock nut, snug nut up real tight, then back off nut and remove washers. Torque upper nut to 45 ft lbs and lower bolt to 70 ft lbs. Grease each joint with 2 or 3 pumps from the grease gun. With right tools and techniques the whole process can be accomplished in 30 minutes. It’s also worth getting the more expensive Moog links, they are excellent quality and fitment.

Great Value! Can’t go wrong with Moog
Solid product for a good price. Put these on my 02’ TJ with a 2” lift and they fit no problem. Love the fact that they have a grease fitting, probably will never have to do links again on this Jeep because of that. If you are hesitant to do this job yourself DONT BE! This is a simple job, watch a couple of videos and go for it, you’ll be happy you did once you see how much a mechanic would charge to do it.

Almost the perfect fit for an '06 Wrangler LJ
These were almost "plug and play", but the nut on the axle side was not correct. The sway bar end does have an allen slot in the center to hold it still while you tighten the nut. However, the nut on the bottom would not fit the factory 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 13 threads. I just upgraded to new grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers and the fit is perfect now. I will gladly recommend these to anyone with the caveat to BYOBolts.

Quality part
2003 TJ. Part fit good. Solid part with grease fitting. Make sure to torque at proper specs. The top nut can be difficult to start. You can use a pry bar to pull sway bar away from frame to get top bolt to grip. Top bolt does not fit exactly like stock.

Before starting work, obtain new bolts at the dealership as they may need to be ordered and take a day or two to arrive.
The new parts arrived with everything necessary component-wise (including basic instructions) except for the bolt that goes through the bushing end at the axle which I picked up at the dealer ( apprx $7.50 ea.x2 but the K3197 came with the lock-nut for these bolts). The toughest part was getting the old parts out as the old lock-nut to bolt was rusted and had to be cut and had to use propane torch to help unseat rusted top bolt from stablzr bar. HELPFUL HINT: The top of K3197 that goes through the stabilizer bar actually presses into said stabilizer bar as the top nut is tightened down. I used the open end of a wrench (with the old washer on top of it for added fill space) to span the gap between stablzr. bar and top nut. After tightening the top nut a few turns the new bolt began to press in and I then removed the nut, removed the "gap-filling" washer and wrench end, and replaced top nut which then tightened right down as the bolt had already begun to press in and no longer spun freely. I DID NOT USE VICE GRIPS TO HOLD TOP BOLT AND DAMAGE THREADS. Then I greased 'em and drove off with no more clunk when going over bumps. Problem solved!

My front sway bar links were worn and had a lot of play. I replaced them with these (along with the front sway bar bushings from MOOG) and now the whole front end sway bar system is nice and tight. They even came pre greased. Thank you for making all these parts readily available for owners of these aging TJ's. Good quality too.

I ordered this item to replace the factory original which was worn out. This was a direct fit item. It was very easy to install and good quality.

easy to install

Installation was simple. Quality seems good but only time will tell if it will out last the original part of 20 years and 240000km. Part comes complete with all hardware, except for the main bolt to the axle. I reused the old one, was still in good shape.
