Taste great and does appear to help control blood sugar. I wear a CGM and if my sugars begin to rise, I drink one of these and it seems to help sugars fall.

This Glucerna shake is convenient and easy to use, especially when I need a quick meal replacement. The homemade vanilla flavor tastes good and itβs smooth and not too thick. I like the quality and it keeps me feeling satisfied for a while. Itβs a good value for the price and helpful to have on hand for busy days.
