Soft delicious cheese bread
It makes perfect cheese breads no matter what kind of cheese you use. Breads are so soft and delicious. The bread does not get hard or squish when cold. I absolutely love it! Thanks for selling that at Amazon especially for us like me that don’t have this type of flour where we live. Thank you again!

Exactly what I wanted and for a good price!
I like the fact that this product does NOT contain powdered cheese. You add your own freshly-grated cheese for a better-tasting and chewier result, plus better quality control. I read Portuguese so the recipe was very helpful, but I’m thinking that it might be a plan to include an English translation separately just in case? Because EVERYONE I know who has eaten these has wanted to make them and might be so frustrated to have the key ingredient but not know how to put it all together. Anyway, very happy and BIG PLANS for a Brazilian extravagância soon!

Super easy to make, but instructions are in Portuguese
The instructions are easy to find online for this - several folks have translated the back of this, presumably because we Americans are likely to go "Ooo I wanna make that" without knowing Portuguese. Once you get past that minor hurdle, this bag makes a whole bunch of these rolls, which is delightful. I tried putting different things inside. I found that corn works pretty well. Meatballs work great but you don't end up with as much of the cheese flavor, as you end up with this odd hollow shell with a meatball bouncing around inside. Tasty, but not awesome. Just doing them as the rolls is probably the best.

Mix For Brazilian Cheese Bread/Pão De Queijo
Each bag of mix is 1 kilo (2.2 lbs). The instructions on the package are for mixing the whole bag at once. Here are the instructions for a home cook who wants a great air fryer snack. I have a Cuisinart toaster oven style and the cooking tray holds 16 pieces of pão de queijo. RECIPE: In a mixing bowl place 8 oz (250 g) of mix. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese (I use half Parmesan, half Italian blend from the supermarket) and mix well. Make a well in the center of the mix and pour in two beaten eggs. Begin mixing into a dough with a fork or wooden spoon. Have ready a measuring cup with 1/3 cup of water. Dribble in a little water and keep mixing until the dough starts forming a ball. With your hands continue kneading and adding water just until the dough is fully moistened and holds together in a ball. Put the ball on a cutting board and, with a knife, cut it in half. With your hands (wet them, this makes the dough easier to handle) roll and pat the dough into a log about 8 inches long and 1 inch thick. With a knife cut the log in half, then fourths and, finally eighths. Again, with wet hands, roll and pat each piece of dough so it looks just a like a sea scallop! Put each piece on your air fryer baking pan. Repeat with the reserved second half of the dough. (Or keep wrapped well in the fridge for another batch tomorrow). Air/convection bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until the pieces are just golden with some brown flecks. Don’t overcook! The outside of the pieces should be crispy. The insides will be soft, chewy and stretchy. And they will be slightly strange if this is your first experience with pão de queijo but will be almost instantly addictive!

Great value & great tasting!
Delicious & a great value compared to Brazilian cheese breads available in stores. It's gluten free and one of the few flours (cassava) that doesn't cause me upset. Easy to make with English instructions. Oven at 400°F. I split the mix in half and add 200ml water + 4 eggs + 16oz shredded cheese (can adjust if desired). This makes a full half sheet pan of biscuits (enough for my family). Double to make the entire bag!

A taste of Brazil! SO EASY! SO DELISH!
My mom makes these from scratch and whenever I visit it is the first thing she has ready when I walk in the door! I was always intimidated to make them because it seemed so complicated! Scalding milk, measuring oil, and getting the recipe right! BUT have no fear! This mix makes it so easy! I didn't have a bread mixer, so I mixed by hand and it was not that hard at all! I only made about a dozen for myself and rolled and froze the raw dough. I take out about 4 at a time and pop them in the oven for about 25 minutes at about 360 and they are even BETTER than on day one! Tip: Freeze the rolled up balls on a flat sheet for an hour. Once frozen you can put them in freezer bags.
