Naturopath recommended I start taking these. I've been using this product for 18 months & has been an effective tool in aiding the ability to process certain other prescribed medications as well as not getting as many digestive issues as I once did. The added biotin for hair growth & turmeric for inflammation relief are added bonuses. Like many of these effective supplements, they are on the pricier side, but the quality is what you pay for here. The capsules are easy to swallow & I have only seen improvements since taking these.

I first came across this about 23 years ago, when my holistic chiro gave it to me to offset the indulgences which would accompany a Caribbean cruise. :) Worked like a charm, zero hangovers, no digestion issues, no weight gain after a week of letting loose.Then I managed to forget about this for a long time and found myself in an endless loop of doing all the right things, moving along just fine, then being walloped with overwhelming pain and bloating and wheezing. For years I kept trying to tweak what I was doing, increased water intake, specific diets, you name it. Same cycle. What finally dawned on me, while in that state just between being asleep and being awake, was that I was detoxing and retoxing over and over and over again, because my conjugated detox pathways were blocked. Took it with my first meal of the day, zero bloating, indigestion or feeling too full from very little food. I began to sleep better, with no need for sleep aids, and each day I am noticing a sense of feeling lighter in my body, more energy, more interest in life thanks to my body feeling balanced again. I had let so many chronic symptoms slip in over the years and I think that by the time I dove in to get healthy and make better choices, I was already too loaded with toxic sludge and a very overwrought, unhappy liver and gall bladder.I'm a week into adding this back into my life and cannot imagine what else could ever replace it. I have dozens of incredible supplements on hand and while they no doubt helped me, nothing has done what this has. My only complaint is that FSA HSA cards won't cover this when it should and would save people a lot of money wasted on other things. But I did find a Naturopath who helps me to order it from a place that does take those cards. That's a godsend, but before that I got it here and if you have issues with energy, digestion, hormones, liver or gall bladder issues, weight, sleep, you name it, look into Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification pathways and then try this supplement. You won't believe the difference.

Cannot live without these vitamins. These are far and away the best I have ever used. Been using them since around 2007. Fantastic for anyone with compromised liver.
