Great phone, great value. Beware though that standard charging cables won't fit.
I upgraded to this phone because I needed more storage and I haven't been disappointed. It's a very good phone for the price, does everything I want, and has a load more functions and features I haven't even explored yet. I like the fingerprint sensor being on the back, and the recognition is excellent, so far it hasn't missed a single time. The camera is the best phone camera I've ever had, lovely and crisp with lots of features and settings. If I have one criticism it's that a standard Samsung charger lead (of which I have many, all over the house) doesn't fit this phone. The charger slot in the phone (and therefore on the charger lead) is a totally different size. So if I lose or break this charger I won't be able to charge the phone at all until I get a new one. Just looking quickly on Amazon I see new chargers are about £7 to £8, so not cheap. Apart from that I thoroughly recommend this phone.

This is an amazing phone for the price!
I have just upgraded from a samsung S6 which is probably 4 years old so most new phones would be an upgrade but i have to say im extremely pleased with this phone.I wanted a cheap samsung that could run 1080p as a minimum and this phone ticked the box.The other good points are the 64gb of storage which you can upgrade easily with a micro sd and the finger print scanner is amazingly fast and no issues at all.The cameras are not very impressive they arent bad but if you like a good camera on a phone I would look at something abit more of an upgrade.

Improvement
Good screen and higher spec camera than my old phone. Lot more memory so hopefully it will be a while before it gets full up and those dreaded messages appear saying not enough memory to perform this task, delete unwanted files. etc

Great value for money
Just upgraded my HTC One to the A40. Seems good. Very happy with it and a great deal at just over £180 for a brand new phone and clear silicone shell case.

Set up issues.
After near two hours of waiting for the phone to set up,complete with large rotating circle,I finally switched the phone off.a notice appeared stating that if I thought that the set up process was taking too long then I should think about using another network.what an insult.i had purchased a new SIM card and had my £15 voucher ready,to top up.stress and anxiety about this phone has plagued me ever since. Avoid shoponix, aka shoponix, aka skywish, they are the seller for this faulty phone. Samsung Internet was constantly crashing, and some apps wouldn't work no matter how many times you pushed them.

Nice phones
Decent ram and memory so won't get full within 10 seconds as most of them seem to. Works quite well due to the larger ram.
