Favourite!
This is one of my favorite books by Jessica, been following her work for years. I was more excited than my daughter to receive it. The illustrations are beautiful and the flow of the book with the message is great for encouraging children to have compassion and be kind.

If you liked her first book, this is even better.
As a fan of the author's art, I purchased Tomorrow I'll be Brave when it came out a couple years ago, and it has been in the regular rotation of bedtime books. I think this book is even better than the first book. The artwork is just as beautiful and full of images that can prompt lots of further discussion with my child. The words on each page are simple but nuanced, and they all have a nice cadence. I've only read this through once, but I think my 5-year old and I will read it many more times and she may pick up some good life lessons while we are at it.

Great Children’s Book
Jessica Hische has taken the novelty of children’s books and made them into works of art. Not only does this book promote good behavior and kindness, but has amazing hand lettering and illustration examples. My daughter loves this book. Thanks again!

Why wait for Tomorrow
I enjoyed the book. The suggestions were lovely and the illustrations were eye catching, but I was a tad disappointed in the final message. The reality is tomorrow never comes. I was hoping the ending would have been along the lines of 'Why wait till tomorrow, I will be kind today!" I use children books in worship services to engage the children in the theme of the service. This book, while as I said I enjoyed it, became a no for me because of the ending. The best analogy is the person who says I will diet tomorrow or I will stop smoking tomorrow. These approaches do not work for adults, why would we think they would work for children?

Kind for a 3.5 Year old!
I bought this book for many reasons but primarily because I think it is important to teach our young children strong values of Kindness, Compassion, Patience and lots more. I was finding it increasingly difficult to find books on this subject that my little one would choose over a book about Aliens. This one has ticked all the boxes, the illustration is beautiful and engaging for small minds, it has just enough text that they don't get bored and the images promote them to ask questions which I found started open conversations about the subject matter. All in All Thank you for such a wonderful book that did exactly what i wanted/needed with my 3 Year old Boy.
