I purchased this breadbox because I was tired of seeing bags of bread all over this counter. It's a perfect size to hold all our bread and store it neatly. I've had it hold 2 loaves of homemade bread, 1 bag of buns and 1 large loaf of bread from the store in it and it still had room for more. I love the color which goes perfect in my farmhouse kitchen. And even though it's a big box it fits perfectly on our custom counter that we made smaller for extra space. It's made of a nice metal that seems very durable and it will not scratch your counter.

I’ve been looking for a bread box for a while but couldn’t find one big enough that didn’t cost a fortune. I bought this one because I couldn’t stand the way the counter always looked cluttered with bread, rolls, cookies, etc., and it was affordable. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do. First, it holds a lot! The other reviews said it did but I was still surprised at how much I could get in it. It’s hard to tell from the photo but there is a full loaf of whole wheat bread and a heel from another loaf, but I could have stacked a second on it and still had plenty of room for hotdog rolls and some muffins. Second, it looks nice on the counter and, since it’s wider than it is deep, it doesn’t take up too much room. You’d think something that held so much would look bulky but this one doesn’t. Finally, it does a great job of keeping everything fresh — not soggy, not hard or dried out.

This butter dish is really nice,study and we'll made with a touch of black and white vintage to go with my decor. Looks cute when I open the fridge. The measurements were not as advertised but I made it work for me.

I was desperate to change the junky look of my kitchen counter, the worst of it caused by an overflowing wicker basket full of bread, crackers, chips, etc. It all HAD to be out on the counter, as I have no pantry space for it, but it was so messy looking. And now? This bread box fits everything, completely out of sight, and in a super good-looking storage box. The box itself arrived very quickly, well wrapped, and in perfect shape. It's sturdy, and it's a very bright white, just as I had hoped. It amazes me that it doesn't overwhelm the countertop space, because it holds a MASSIVE amount of food items! (The slightly "domed" lid helps add space as well!). I'm going to attach a photo of all the stuff I have in it right now. This was a wonderful purchase. If you have a family who keeps a lot of different breads, crackers, and chips on hand, you DEF need this box!

I was looking for a bread box to try to contain some of the food clutter on my kitchen counter. Since the kitchen in this apartment is a small galley style kitchen, space is limited. A tall, vertical bread box seemed like it would be perfect, and this particular bread box has proven to be. It is large enough for a standard loaf of bread, two boxes of breakfast bars, a box of Graham Crackers, and a few small bags of dry beans that I keep in the bottom of the box. When there's been space, I've also put a container of cookies and a couple of boxes of pasta into it. It's become my carbohydrate treasure chest! To leave more workspace for myself in an already small area, I've put the bread box on top of the low partition at the back of the kitchen countertop. It's right near the toaster and some of my dishes, still reachable for anything that I might want to pull out of it. It looks neat and clean, and is easy to wipe down. The bread box arrived 3 or 4 days sooner than it had been scheduled to. There were no dents or scratches on it, and it was in overall good condition. It adds a cheerful presence. Thank you for helping to make my kitchen a little more organized.

You can fit about three loaves of bread in these... a little more if you arrange properly. I like the neatness because I have a small kitchen and I put this on top of my refrigerator... looks good there and clears counterspace in this limited kitchen. Keeps the bread just fine and, interestingly, no mold. Bread hangs around here a long time.. but since I've been using this, I've noticed bread is not molding like it was before. I think it's the container, not 100% sure, but what else could it be? It is a pain in the arse to drag it down off the top of the fridge... but the handles help there. Otherwise, it's perfect and I'm glad I just went ahead and got something useful to start off with although I thought it was a little high. But, if you only buy once... you're saving money! Cut to the chase.

This bread box is great, it's large and can hold two large loaves of sliced bread, with bagels. Everything stays fresh for days and very soft. It is all metal very well made, the lid fits secure, and if you have little critters they won't be able to get to your bread. Worth every cent, I wish I purchased it sooner.

I bought a bread maker and have been making fresh bread over the last few weeks. Homemade breads a lot bigger than store bought bread so I was looking for something to keep it fresh. This exceeded my expectations, it's huge, well made, and looks good on my counter.
