It is incredibly dangerous and Amazon need to take note of the potential hazards for this item, which is marketed towards kids as well as adults.Albeit a very fun item and great for practising an array of boxing skills, it will inevitably break at any time due to the poor quality of material and when it does it will make you wish you had never stumbled across this listing.The band is made from 4 elastic strings with a cover and when this snaps it whips back towards the eyes (where the front of the band is) at a speed impossible to react to.This happened today and left me writhing in pain for around an hour unable to see a thing out of my eye. My eyes are still totally bloodshot with about 50% sight two hours after the incident. I am 27m and the damage is bad enough that I've cancelled all my virtual meetings today because there is no way I can present in this state to clients etc.I would hate to see this happen to a kid who is just out to have fun. I've just taken a bigger impact to the eye than I did from years sparring in the ring.PARENTS LISTEN UP AND DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF BUYING THIS FOR YOUR CHILD.Adults do as you wish but don't say I didn't warn you when you're half blind rolling around on the ground.

It's the first time that I tried to learn boxing. The red one is suitable for beginners. Try some new, you can find some different. It's really a nice try

Good for hand to eye coordination and speed punching

This is my 2nd one. 1st is still going after 2 weeks with some heavy use, but I wanted to have both balls on a head strap. Keeps me fit, and you get much better quickly. For the heavy red one, you really need MMA gloves to hit it hard, but you can really go for it, using footwork and turning around in the garden. The lighter red one is really for speed and accuracy. You cant hit that one hard, but you just use fists and keep up a rhythm. I suspect the heavy one will break soon, but if it lasts me a month, for the price, I am happy.
