This rubber cap seal yields a far better seal than my old foam tape seal. I would recommend to anyone. Just as easy to install than the old foam tape. Great product.

I was impressed at the thickness and apparent quality. The adhesive was much better than I had expected after reading other reviews. I purchased some weatherstripping adhesive but didn’t need it.The provided instructions were good and easy to follow.This seal is much thicker than the original foam gasket that came with my ARE topper. My topper now sits approximately 1/4” higher than it used to but the seal looks much more substantial.I had plenty of leftover seal due to my 5’ bed on my Chevy Colorado.If you buy this seal you’ll see the quality right away. This seal is much better than that foam junk.

This is a burly seal, much much better than the junky smashed foam strip that was on my topper. It had been sliding around and leaking like crazy. Now it stays out and seems dry so far. I took a star off because it didn’t contain the adhesive promoter or alcohol wipes that the package and instructions listed. The adhesive could stand to be a bit stickier, I suppose that is what the promoter is for but I wouldn’t know since I didn’t have any in my package or happen to have any on hand. It all worked out though

Adhesive could have been better, but once you set camper top down on it, it seems to stay in place. I have a Leer 122, and this seems dryer than the 3 yr old stock gasket that came with topper. I have not noticed any leakage yet after a few months.

I was going to use regular foam weather stripping, but then my cousin said he happen to spot this on Amazon and thought it would be good, so I looked at it and thought the same. The description mentioned that it reduced vibration, which is something I never considered. When I took off my cap, I saw that the company that installed the cap 6 years ago, used the cheap foam stripping I was going to buy at first. Well, much of it had rotted away and the cap was sitting on bare metal, so I cleaned it up with steel wool and orange cleaner, so the adhesive would stick. I installed the Super Cap Seal and put the cap back on and then tested it and checked after we had a few days of rain and the back of the truck was totally dry! I highly recommend this to anyone getting water leaks in the back of their pick up or whatever.

The title says it all. This seal is thick and strong. I have a 6ft full sized bed and there was plenty to do the entire topper. I used 3m black seal adhesive to install it which I also recommend. Be sure to grab a tube at your local auto parts store. I say this because the seal's tape-like adhesive didn't stick well to my fiberglass topper. The 3m black seal adhesive made the difference.After installing the topper and removing it the seal is adhering well and is in great shape.

I use it on rsi canopy.Works very well.Highly recommend it.

This product was used on the space between the canopy and box of a dodge ram pickup.

ESI Super Cap Seal XL 7m went on easy. I haven't put the canopy on the truck yet. it is coming loose in spots. I'm sure once its on the truck it will be secure. I will say it does what its intended.
