Update: I reached out to the seller via e-mail to just see if there's some way to turn it down that perhaps I missed. They got back to me and offered to make it right with a replacement unit that doesn't have the behavior described below. I'm increasing my review because of this, though I'll leave the review below so that people know that this particular model does have that issue. Good seller, but bad product ...This seems to work - I was able to pair it to a Bluetooth device and successfully play music on it - but one key "feature" / bug is going to cause me to return it. Every time you turn the device on and / or change the mode, it makes an insanely loud announcement - "BLUETOOTH MODE ... PAIRED". It sounds like it's at the speaker's max volume. It's enough to wake up a sound sleeper on the other side of a closed door. It's crazy! People in my office all stood up and came over with a disapproving scowl to see what was going on.Worst of all, this can't be turned off. In an answered question, the seller stated, "Hi, the volume of the announcement cannot be adjusted at the moment but we’ve already communicated with our manufacturer to lower it and we will change it to a LED indicator in the future." ... I really wish I'd seen that before ordering this. Buyer beware! I'll be returning mine.

The bluetooth player is truly subpar, subpar in sound quality, subpar operationally and difficult to control. The button are supose to be touch sensitive but they lack the sensitive need to operate properly. And the most offensive of all is when you turn the player on it announces in a loud voice the function the player is in. Not a bad idea but without the ability to reduce the sound level of the announcement is a real turnoff. Don't but this it's bad.

Easy Bluetooth connect, great sound, very portable, battery life great but have not timed it yet.The only thing I dont like is , when first turning it on, it has a very loud muffled voice that says "Bluetooh mode " Bluetooth Connected" Rather startling and somewhat annoying but only 2 seconds of irritation then you can get on with your life. I would not call it a deal breaker, just annoying

This speaker puts out all the sound you could need or want. It is so compact. I use it all the time with my ipod, and the battery has never run down even after hours and hours of use. If you are looking for a bluetooth speaker buy this one. You won't be sorry.

I was amazed on the sound quality of this little box and for the price I paid for it. I bought this to take to the beach at the end of June and I'm excited to use it. We purchased other big name speakers in the past and paid a lot for it but the battery ran out within a couple of hours and we had to run back to the room to charge. This one has a long battery life, and we shouldn't have any problems enjoying the beach listening to tunes all day.

A really good and stable Bluetooth connection. Once paired - next time connects automatically without any problems. The quality of sound is good enough, however it's not HiFi. I use it for listening online courses and very satisfied with its quality.
