Apple iPhone XR, 64GB, (PRODUCT)RED (Renewed)

The price for this phone was amazing, I did have to scout the reviews to ensure how reliable the product would be compared to other ones. I have had the phone for four days now and I see no faults. The facial recognition is marvellous from pretty much all angles (aside from laying down, which is expected). The screen works well and my battery came at 89% maximum capacity (I bought the excellent condition one) - which lasts for roughly 12 hours (considering I use Bluetooth for a few of those hours too). The sound quality is good, maybe a bit loud for my liking - the mic apparently works relatively well, but this has only been tested once. There are practically no faults with the phone I received, and I will update if it has any random faults (as some phones gain faults over a week or so, like the screen damaging due to not being properly fitted). I would recommend this phone.

The device looks brand new. Works flawlessly. As a used device a few years old the battery needs a top up charge if being used excessively(I.E watching videos) however only needs charging once a day for normal use. This phone is used as a work phone so on occasions I charge every two days as it isn’t used in the evenings and if I haven’t made many calls,emails texts etc the battery lasts surprisingly long considering the battery health is at 84% older iPhones with a similar battery health have appalling battery life and often deplete rapidly. This phone as it’s newer and can handle the software better copes very well.

Arrived on time, nice phone, easy to use, although I did get a white one instead of red which was advertised but as long as it works which it does I am more than happy.

Love it smaller phone so battery life just ok-good not a big phone user so find it great looks expensive in red indistinguishable from new.

The one day delivery arrived on the third day. The phone was well packaged. The case had a deep scratch on the back that could be seen at arm's length and there was some wear around the edges of the phone. There were mild scratches on the screen but these were not visible when the phone was turned on. Battery capacity was reasonable at 88%. The phone worked well but the speaker on the front, near the camera, had too low a volume to hear incoming calls. Worked through the Apple support site/YouTube/online to go through all possible options to no effect. The phone is a nice phone but is not of any use as a phone if phone calls are not audible so I returned it. On a positive note the Amazon return service was very straightforward although the refurbishing company need to wait 5-7 days to give a refund. A refurbished phone seems like a very good idea but this phone was not 'professionally tested and inspected' and I would be cautious about using Amazon Renewed again
