Great value and comfort for long work days
I had a hard time finding a decent adjustable/rolling/swivel/padded drafting-height chair in my BUDGET, and I think this product rivals many of the chairs I've seen at twice the price. I've had it for ~1 week of extensive use, and I really can't think of anything really negative. I really like this chair.PROS: Took only ~10 MINUTES to unpack and assemble--only 8 screws to deal with, super convenient. All the parts were clean and fit together perfectly. I love the COLOR--the gray/silver with the black frame really lightens up the office space. The wide SEAT is well padded and super comfy. I really like the FLIP-UP ARMS, which save space when I'm not at my desk. Arms are also soft and well-padded. The LUMBAR SUPPORT looks simple, but it's adjustable and a great feature, and it fits great for me.CONS: Just like most rolling drafting chairs, the FOOTREST is a bit narrow. If you just don't like chairs with lumbar support, you won't like this chair. It can't be removed and only moves up/down.

Nice chair
Bought this to adjust between tables of different heights. Feel like it tilts forward a little to much. But overall quite comfortable. I sprayed the fabric with a protector to keep it looking whiter longer.

This is the absolute most uncomfortable chair ever
First of all, during assembly, one of the pre-drilled holes doesn't fit the included screws, no matter how loose the other screws are per the terrible included instructions. secondly, the chair tilts forward at counter height making it impossible to sit in. Thirdly, the return requirements are so restrictive (you must take a video and or pictures of the chair and its problems before they will consider a return), that you just decide to keep the thing and and try to work with it. Fourthly, the chair is so uncomfortable that you decide to just stand-up instead of trying to use the thing. I'll probably try to sell it at a garage sale, or give it to a charity. I'm a senior citizen trying to work to supplement my retirement funds and i don't have time for this foolishness to return a poorly designed chair.

Out of the box, I love it!
My package delivered exactly when it was suppose to. All the parts were included in one easy to lift box. Instructions were at the bare minimum but easy to understand. I did toss the Allen Wrench included in the packet and used the appropriate bit on my power drill. Assembly was quick and before long, I had a beautiful office chair to replace my chair of 23 years. I had to remove the arms from my previous chair so they wouldn't run into my work station. I missed them when I just wanted to sit in my office for mini conferences. The fact that I could raise these arms out of the way when needed and lower when wanted was one of the features that drew me to this chair. I like it! The casters are smooth rollin' for now...time will tell (as it always does) if they will hold up for long. I fear I might be missing out on future exercise that I used to get with my old, worn out casters...might have to find something else to keep my thighs toned. If I remember, I'll give an update on the comfort of the seat after working with it a few days but right now, it is just fine. The lumbar support and vented mesh back are also nice and I imagine will be much appreciated this summer when my office tends to warm up. This chair at it's highest is perfect to lean back into when my desk is at it's standing/work height. Raising my desk up and down to fit a chair that did not raise high enough to use was becoming a nuisance which leaves my desk in the sitting position for more hours than it should. Right now, I'm confident that I made a good choice based on price, availability, features and apparent quality.

It'll work
Good value for the money, decent looking, good back support. Assembly should be easy, but the materials provided are not perfect. I've faced issues with the screws provided, some are not aligned to the grooves. The feet rest is OK, it'll not allow you to keep your thighs aligned in parallel to the floor though.

Recommend this chair for it's structure
The seat is comfortable for all day use and I love that the arms can be rotated up out of the way. It was simple to put together, though I had one screw that had a catch in the threads. Luckily there was a spare screw included. I'd recommend this chair for any office or other task area. The seat, height, and the foot rest make this a very comfortable chair.
