Great Value
My physical therapist uses a similar item at his practice, he suggested I get a set so I could do my exercises at home as well. These are just as great ad the ones he uses but at a fraction of the cost.

Good quality set with nice variety
So far they are strong and do the job. It took me awhile to find a complete set. And when I saw these such a great price, I was very happy to give them to my husband for a gift.

Not great
The small ball is too small, the spikes balls are way sharper than others I have tried. The Peanut ball is too small to use on my neck

Used the ball twice and the glue between the layers of foam gave out.
