The egg gripper is great for warming up, but it does get sticky. It was suggested that you apply a particular powder on it, which I will try soon. The bands are okay. They don’t allow for full extension of fingers (open hand position). I still get a decent forearm pumped out of them.

I'm using these bands to strengthen my fingers and hopefully delay the arthritis I'm experiencing in the joints of my middle fingers. Don't know if the wishfully delay is occurring but my fingers are getting stronger. Works as advertised and that is a win for me.

Strengthen the opposite strength in your hands heck even your toes. Drop them in your pocket bored at the store or office start excersizing in plain sight.

The egg is very useful as a warm up and cool down for grip strength training. I can also see that it would be good as a stress ball. It is soft enough that you can start crushing it easy but it is very resistant past a certain point and always comes back to its original shape.The bands work well enough. They could be more cheaply replaced by a bag of normal rubber bands from an office supply store but for ease of tracking progress I would recommend these color coded bands. If you have any stress or repetitive use elbow pain at all using these bands every other day will get rid of it quickly.

Was suffering from golfers elbow, after using this product along with some other hand exercise equipment my symptoms are gone.

If you need a strong fingers, then this kit will help you improve your grip and maintain your hands in good health. It is too easy to just crush to strengthen and to forget how imprtant it is to reverse compression with finger extension. I have given the kit to a number of friends - climbers and physiotherapists.
