3000 watts is the normal operating wattage and can surge up to 6000 watts for a short period of time , how long I'm not sure, would like to know myself

Can this 3000watt 12v dc to 120 volt be connected to main panel for off grid , and if so how to wire ?

The inverter should be connected to battery directly.

Can I hook up a lithium ion battery to it?
