I made pomegranate molasses baby back ribs for New Years and this was a big hit.I drizzled some over my salad too and it was so good. The right about of thickness and taste so good. If you like pomegranate you'll love this. Great purchase and I will purchase again.

I recently purchased Cortas Pomegranate Molasses, after discovering it in Melez Berg's Dinner Tonight cookbook. This product has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. I expected that it would be sweet, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is not overly sweet, which I appreciate. It adds a unique, tangy flavor to both savory and sweet dishes, making it incredibly versatile. I am looking forward to trying out new recipes and new flavors. Yum!

This is a specialty item that is hard to find in N. MI.It is a lovely tart, sweet syrup that makes a real nice salad dressing. Could be used in marinades too.

I've recently started cooking more Mediterranean dishes and this is a must in many dishes. It adds a vibrant, bright, and slightly tart flavor to the dishes. On its own, it kind of reminds me of an unsweetened cherry juice, except this is a syrup and is just like pomegranate tastes with its pop of tart and sweet flavor. The bottle I got was small (10oz), since it was my first time using pomegranate molasses. Next time I might go up a size so I don't run out so quick.Note: 9V battery is for size comparison and is not included.
