I like this product a lot. It goes under the bridge in my mouth, and cleans out any food debris there. I’ve been using this product for years.

This floss threader cleans my wide spaced bridges perfectly.

This floss is very thick compared to regular floss, making it a little different to use. My hygienist suggested soaking in mouthwash or water to help glide between teeth. The ends are stiff to easily thread the floss between teeth or braces/bridge work. Once you use it you can see and feel the difference compared ton regular floss

I couldn't get it to go under my implants.

I thought this extra-thick floss would be like the stuff my dentist office gave me, but it's not. When it says "extra thick" it means "so thick it won't fit in the spaces you need it." This periodontal floss is at least twice as thick as what my dentist gave me and it was painful to even try to use.
