Atlantis 2.1-qt Stainless Steel Saucier

This is my favorite sauce pan. Extremely high quality, very even heating, easily cleaned, and rivet-less construction. Blending ingredients for sauces is easier in this pan. Only negative; it is expensive.

Having purchased other Demeyere cookware, I am pleased with this addition to my collection. I dinged it one star for the ridiculous stickers that either the manufacturer or the retailer placed on the inside bottom and the outside bottom. They could have splurged the extra cent, if that, to use easy peel-off stickers. No, they had to use stickers that required soaking and scrubbing with chain mail, and then finish off with “Goo-be-gone” and still the adhesive can be seen ruining the finish of this pan. For the amount of money this goes for, such sloppiness is unfathomable.

The lid does not set firmly on the sauce pan. It can easily slide around. No good if moving the pan with th lid on. It could slid off and become damaged or hurt soneone

I like the fact that it is easy to clean and cooks evenly. My favorite brand for cookware.
